Ben is fantastic. We hired him to install a glass railing in our living room, and he did a great job. He had to remove the old railing, patch/stain/seal the flooring, and install the new railing. The quality of the work was great. Ben even handled some issues with the manufacturer of the railing (they hadn't shipped all of the parts, so Ben came back a couple days later, on a Saturday, to install the last piece). He estimated three days, finished in two (plus 15 minutes on Saturday). We'd gotten a quote from a general contractor to do the railing as part of a larger job, and they wanted almost as much just to demo the old railing as Ben asked for the entire job. read more
