At that time, I had to leave before they finished the job due to my travel schedule. When I returned from the travel on June 7, I found that all the newly installed base trims were cracked. I reported this issue Albert Ybarra, the owner of the Sunscapes, and he said that he could come and fix that issue (I still keep his text messages). However, he has NEVER showed up. At first, I thought that he was busy with other work schedules. But he has never replied to my phone calls, voice messages, and text messages until now. He just lied. I write this review so that others do not have bad experiences like mine.

Cliff did an outstanding job on what can be considered a very difficult job to complete. An…read moreoversized deck 53 x 16 with a covered 14 x 16 area, additionaly he built a stairway/bridge system that all together measured over 170 feet with a descending drop of over 90 feet. Not only was it a quality job, he was very reasonably priced. Cliff and his crew leader Dave were very accommodating and did extra work that needed repair other than what was quoted. Awesome Company with some Awesome people.
