Was scheduled with Tina for Ryan to come out for an estimate...he was to call first. I did not hear from him nor did he arrive. The next day when I was not home, he arrived to give an estimate. He called me to say he was there, but then noticed he was to call first. I explained that the instructions were for the previous day. I drove home quickly to meet with him. In going over the work, he kept asking me what "I wanted", and I kept telling him to explain what my home needed. There was very little personality for sure. In addition, he tore up part of my yard, since he seemed to not be able to stay on the driveway with his F-350, and he had blocked me out of my own carport area. I received an estimate a few days later with a good pricing. I asked why downspouts were not listed, or were they being included in the guttering cost. I was immediately sent a new estimate with $350 more in pricing. I also asked why the product being used was not shown to me, nor was the install explained (since there are many ways to install and many types of gutter guards). Tina emailed me that they do not show their product and that if I wanted to see it, I could make a trip to the company where they buy their supplies. Does this sound like a reliable company? And don't try to make yourself seem awesome by using a closing of "For His Glory", because Christ asks us to live LIKE Him, not only speak His words. I would not use this company because they do not seem to put their customers first. Southern charm, as we knew it, has been lost over several decades. read more
