My insurance company requires a deductible of $500. I decided to shop around the area first to see if I could find something cheaper. I reached out on yelp and spoke with Abdul. He was wonderful. Straightforward, quick and considerate. He literally squeezed in an appointment with me in less than 24 hours. I ended up paying $350 cash which is such a steal. He showed up on time the next day and replaced it within 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend Zips Auto for anyone.

It's about $75, but it's worth every penny--especially for parents. As a baseball mom, I'm constantly dealing with mud and crumbs. They steam clean the interior, wipe everything down, and even found 'treasures' (hidden candy!) under the seats. They are incredibly thorough and bag up all loose items from the trunk and cabin. The Wait: It takes about 30 minutes, but they have a great waiting area with coffee and water. Every time I have used this place for the last few months my rims are still dirty and the car isn't clean. Today there was one or two cars in line. I got into the car wash and half the car was sprayed. Got home and the front is still dirty and the tires are dry. Business partner went right after me and showed up at my house to drop something off and his rims were dirty and no shine as well. He is canceling also. Trust me, go elsewhere.

Thankfully, nobody was hurt. My car? Not so much. A headlamp and front quarter panel lost a high five with the reinforced back of a panel truck somewhere down South on the way to visit family. Upon return to Maryland, my insurance company and I made arrangements to have work done by Zamora's. They had years ago done some excellent work on another car we have. This shop is what makes me so happy to support American Small Business. Their location was clean and well-managed. My service coordinator, Alex, always kept me up to date on technical proceedings with my car. When it finally came time for pickup, my car nearly looked brand new. Panel lines lined up, no orange peel in the paint, and the color match was flawless as they clearly secured manufacturer paint. All repairs were clearly itemized and the payment was made efficiently from my insurance. I will assume prices were reasonable / consistent with the market as my insurance provider did not balk at the quote. I am very pleased with the work they did and would vigorously recommend them to anyone else who might need auto repair work done. Motor well (and safely) my friends!
