I'm really specific about my flower styles and Jacky is amazing and talented. She has a beautiful aesthetic and she grows all her own flowers, which makes it that much better. She'll take what's in season and your color palette/requests, and come up with something beyond your expectations. I have had the best experience with Jacky. I hope people in the Eastern Sierra spread the word about her, she is by far the best florist I've ever worked with. I always look out for her bouquets at Pupfish Cafe and any photos from the weddings she's worked on. This review is long over due! Jacky was simply the best to work with. She was super patient when I worked with her even though I was chock full of questions and wasn't fully sure what I wanted since my husband and I weren't having a traditional wedding. Ultimately we selected some "a la carte" options for our elopement in May and vow exchange with family in September. I ended up adding a few things at the end and she was great about allowing me to make modifications (it was nothing major and not too close to the date). The flowers were beyond gorgeous and Jacky was great. I still get flowers from her a year later whenever I get a chance (sometimes you can find them at Pupfish Cafe). Jacky grew the most amazing flowers for our wedding in June Mountain. We called her up almost 8 months before our wedding, and based on the colors we wanted, she planted extra seeds for us! How incredible is that?! The flowers were bountiful, fresh, and wild and varied. I highly recommend using Aplenglow Gardens for all of your floral needs. We heard of Alpenglow Gardens at the wedding expo on the mountain and decided to give them a try. Jacky was incredibly easy to work. Our wedding was in February so we knew we didn't have much to work with since we weren't in season, but Jacky still provided us with beautiful arrangements. She flowered the arch, our bouquets and all of the table pieces. All of which were equally as gorgeous. She handled all of the clean up tasks the following day making everything easy on us. Our wedding coordinator recommended Jacky to be the florist for our big day and I am SO excited I took that recommendation! From the get go Jacky was incredible to work with. She is extremely responsive, truly takes into account your inspiration photos, but also gently recommends against specific flowers you might have in those photos that might not look as pretty and healthy the time of year you're needing flowers in. I follow her on instagram and could tell how passionate she is about her craft, so when it came to our wedding I asked her to call a lot of the shots- it was the best decision I could have done because my flowers were absolutely incredible. She kept my vision from my inspiration photos in mind, but used flowers that had recently bloomed and were so beautiful (and still within our color scheme) that even random people not at our wedding were stopping to admire them. :) The flowers were one of my favorite parts of my entire day!
