I appreciated that their website makes it easy to see their catering options. I decided to email them and quickly heard back. They also will let you sample their food before fully committing which is what we did (with generous portions). I appreciated that they were able to accommodate my pescatarian diet and our friend's gluten free diet. Once we got our quote and tried the delicious food we knew we wanted to move forward and we secured our date. The team arrived in a timely manner, set up quickly and everything looked polished and professional. The team was so efficient as each table went up to get food.
