She totally missed the color palette and vibe of our elopement and we didn't even use the flowers because they were that ugly. When our friend picked them up for us Kelli even remarked that she 'almost forgot about this wedding' and that she was going to 'close early' even though they still arrived well within business hours?! There was one really sad yarrow left. It had been eaten by deer and not looking so happy. When I went to the counter to pay I asked the young lady if she could offer a discount for the plant. She said sure maybe a little discount. In the meantime a man who appeared to be the owner arrived at the counter. She asked him if they could take a little off since the plant was not well. He abruptly and in a very ugly and rude tone sad to me," No, if you don't like it, don't buy it!l". My reaction, "Wow!" So much for customer service and common courtesy to speak to a patron with respect. I was appalled by his abruptness, so was the girl. There are plenty of lovely nurseries in our valley and an awesome one in Basalt that has a beautiful sectional of perennials and garden treats. It would be worth while to make the trip to be treated with kindness and respect. Go somewhere where they appreciate your business,no matter how big or small your purchase.

We worked with Spring Creek from the installation of our landscaping on a new house build. I would…read morestate that SC needed a tremendous amount of oversight to prevent things going sideways. The yard turned out wonderful, but it was a continual headache. Following the install, we used SC for yearly maintenance and that just was a continual challenge and even after direct communication on what we were looking for, SC could not deliver. Unfortunately, we had to move on to another company this year after a lack of focus, too much $, lack of follow through and lots of excuses.. we gave SC so many chances and it's unfortunate they could not deliver.. .... there are better landscape companies out there, so save yourself the headache and use them. .

However, the job was very late to start and it was way under estimated (this work is essentially quoted as time and materials, so their overrun is your problem). Since we liked what they had done, I was prepared to just accept this. But, when the grass didn't come in as we expected this year, Tyler just refused to come back and even look at it. His comment: "I believe the reason the grass is not doing well is due to a lack of water this spring and early summer when conditions were very, very dry. I unfortunately cannot warranty perennials or grass due to lack of water or conditions out of my control." For what we spent on this project (and paid for their overruns), I would have expected some respect to follow-up on my concerns. Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend Spring Creek Landscaping.
