The pancakes were small and differently shaped and presented, but they were so good. I would've given them a five, but our server walked past us several times and forgot to refill our water glasses. I believe it was his manager who noticed that our glasses were empty and proceeded to fill them. And because of the time we came in, it couldn't be blamed on too many customers. One thing I really like is how the drinks are all named after cities in Prince George's County. It's a small detail, but it shows his pride in the community and how intentional he is about putting PG County on the map. What I respect even more is how he gives back. He mentors young men in the community and has even hired some of his former students. I love seeing a business owner who isn't just running a successful spot, but also pouring back into the community in meaningful ways.
