From that first phone call through every interaction since, she has been warm, professional, and truly supportive. Deyssi, who has been Noah's facialist, has impressed us on every level. After his first treatment, she encouraged me to email her with any follow-up questions. Not only did she respond twice, but she did so over the weekend -- once at 12:30 a.m. on a Saturday and again around 1:30 p.m. on a Sunday. Her responses were detailed, thoughtful, and comprehensive. That level of dedication and care is rare. During Noah's facial, Deyssi invited me into the room to observe. She took the time to explain every single step of the treatment -- what she was doing, why she was doing it, and how it would improve his skin. She did the same when recommending products, walking us step-by-step through how to use them, in what order, and how each one would help. She is incredibly thorough and clearly passionate about what she does. The warmth and professionalism we've experienced from both Fargol and Deyssi have been outstanding. They've left us feeling extremely confident in the care Noah is receiving and very hopeful about the improvement of his skin. I did a Forma facial and it was completely non invasive and not painful at all. We took before photos so I could really see the difference afterward, which I appreciated. They applied a gel to my face and used the Forma device to glide over the skin with gentle warmth. It felt relaxing and soothing, almost like a warm facial massage. Forma uses radiofrequency energy to stimulate collagen and elastin production. It helps tighten and firm the skin, improve texture, and smooth fine lines over time. What I loved most is that there is no downtime and it is safe for all skin types. My skin felt tighter, lifted, and had the most amazing glow afterward. I usually wear makeup every single day, but I left without any makeup on and felt so confident. My skin looked that good. We also did a subtle lip flip with Botox since I have been trying to stay away from filler, and a little Botox in my forehead. Everything was explained clearly and never felt rushed or pushy.
