Diana is awesome! Converted me to shiatsu. It was honestly one of the best massages I've ever had and I've had a lot. She's a keeper.

She really is so talented I had very peaceful experience. She really worked on the areas I needed with special care and was careful around my rotator cuff she really relaxed me to the point I nearly fell asleep. I never feel relaxed during a massage. I'm definitely coming back to see her . My earlier experience at the pool was not a five star horrible service couldn't even get a glass of water for the first two hours nobody asked if we needed anything. The waiter never brought us our drinks and then blamed it on his "pen" not working. The water lady just sat there doing nothing. Thank God Chevron saved the day !

The facility was clean, but overall it wasn't worth the drive or the price. The worst part of the experience was the parking attendant charging me twice and then physically preventing me from leaving while I was receiving notifications from my bank about the duplicate charges. Completely unacceptable. Overall, it was far too expensive for what was offered. Save your money and get a great massage elsewhere, or spend the day at Burke Williams where you'll get much better value and a more enjoyable spa experience.

Although I've visited Burke Williams spas before, it was my first firm at this location…read more I scheduled a 35 min Relaxation massage and arrived about 2 hours prior to use the amenities. I have to admit that this location is the nicest one I've been to. It's spacious and very fresh and clean in all the different areas of the spa. They have a nice and relaxing waiting co-ed lounge where you can have some tea, juice, fruit infused water and fruit. The amenities are not co-ed. There is a jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, and plenty of showers. Everything is kept very clean so that is very much appreciated. The staff were all very nice and helpful as well. They do validate parking for the parking structure that is within the Topanga Village (don't park in the outside 90 min parking, instead drive up into the structure towards Total Wines). I am definitely coming back to this location, even though there are several other Burke Williams locations closer to me.

Formal Customer Service Complaint -- September 12 Visit…read more I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the way my daughter and I were treated upon arriving at Burke Williams Woodland Hills on September 12th. We were there to celebrate my birthday with two of my best friends and were looking forward to a relaxing girls' spa day. Unfortunately, our experience at check-in was uncomfortable and disappointing. I want to clarify an important point: we were not late. We arrived approximately 15-20 minutes before our scheduled check-in time. Despite this, the blonde employee assisting me repeatedly told us that we were running late. When we arrived, a friendly brunette was assisting my daughter while the blonde employee checked me in. I provided my name, explained that we were there to celebrate my birthday, and gave the name of my best friend under whose reservation we were booked. After locating our reservation, the blonde employee stated that we were running behind schedule because we were late. I was surprised by this because we had arrived early. I was prepared to complete the check-in process promptly, but the repeated comments about being late immediately made the interaction uncomfortable. She requested my driver's license and then explained that a credit card was required on file. I explained that I wanted the charges placed on my card rather than my daughter's. After I handed over my credit card, she again stated, "Okay, you are running behind schedule. I need to finish your check-in." After processing my card, she placed it on the counter and slid it toward me rather than handing it back directly. She then asked me to sign a consent form on a digital screen. Because the print was very small and difficult to read, I politely asked if it could be enlarged. She sighed and told me she had a paper copy. She retrieved it from underneath the register and slid it toward me, again reiterating that we were behind schedule because we were late. She then told me that, because it was my birthday, I would receive an add-on. I asked what the options were because I wanted to understand what was being offered. She quickly went through them, but I was still unclear and asked for clarification. I felt that her demeanor indicated frustration with my questions. She ultimately told me that my masseuse could explain the options and that she would take me to the locker area. The contrast between the two employees was very noticeable. The brunette assisting my daughter was warm and welcoming. She wished me a happy birthday and told us to enjoy our spa day. Unfortunately, that welcoming attitude was not reflected in my interaction with the other employee. Before we reached the locker area, my two best friends saw us and came over to greet me and wish me a happy birthday. The blonde employee abruptly stated, "We don't have time for this. You are already running late. We need to get you into the locker room area." I found this especially upsetting because we were not late--we had arrived 15-20 minutes early. I was simply being greeted by the two friends with whom I had planned my birthday celebration. If there was a scheduling issue or discrepancy in the system, it should have been explained to us professionally rather than repeatedly telling us we were late. By the time we reached the locker area, what should have been an exciting and relaxing start to my birthday celebration had instead become stressful and uncomfortable. My daughter also noticed the employee's demeanor and independently expressed that she felt uncomfortable with the interaction. I am bringing this to management's attention because I believe this interaction warrants review. Repeatedly telling guests they are late when they have actually arrived early is inaccurate and unnecessarily creates a negative experience. I understand that Burke Williams has schedules to maintain, but scheduling concerns should be communicated with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism. I chose Burke Williams expecting a premium spa experience. Guests should feel welcomed and respected from the moment they arrive, particularly when celebrating a special occasion. I respectfully ask management to review what occurred, including the discrepancy regarding our arrival time, and address the customer-service concerns described above. I would also appreciate a response explaining why we were repeatedly told that we were late when we had arrived approximately 15-20 minutes before our scheduled check-in time. I sincerely hope Burke Williams takes this feedback seriously and ensures that no other guest has a similar experience. Lastly, suggestion for group members in locker area: kindly assign lockers 10-15 slots away from one another so we are not all bunched together trying to place our items or sit in a crowded space. This would create a much more relaxed space.

I had a deep tissue massage on Oct 3rd at 10AM and stayed a few hours to enjoy the spa and pool…read more The staff is very friendly and professional. I was quickly welcomed and offered a complimentary spritz while I completed the questionnaire. The massage was terrific - Teresa did a wonderful job finding my knots and working them out. She checked in on massage pressure whenever she started on a new section. The men's locker room and thermal suite was nice - I liked how often the attendant sanitized the showers and restocked sundries. The steam room and dry sauna could fit two comfortably each, but more than that and it would be cramped...or borderline awkward. I appreciated that the commode rooms were completely private (no partitions with gaps). The men's relaxation area only had two semi-private loungers and the all-gender inside lounge had plenty of plush loungers and seats. The hot tea selection was good...not too limiting. The outdoor pool shared with the Inn was wonderful. Great music that set the mood, plenty of umbrellas for shade, a sizeable pool and a moderate size jacuzzi. The food come on these nice over-lap tray tables, perfect for the pool loungers. I enjoyed the Spicy Tuna Tostada - creamy, crunchy and a mild spice with fresh seafood. The Peach & Burrata salad with added grilled chicken really hit the spot - sweet & tart reduced balsamic vinegar (a little too much dressing), grilled peaches, salty prosciutto, toasty pistachio, and the creamy burrata. Both were perfect, but a little too filling for one person. Come for the treatment, stay for the accommodations. All-in-one was about $425.

Spa Relais deserves more than five stars--seriously…read more From the moment I called (and I had a lot of questions), the staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind. I was planning a special birthday experience, and unlike other places that can feel rushed or dismissive, they actually seemed excited to help me put everything together perfectly. Every detail was handled so thoughtfully. I even brought my own customized bottle and asked the front desk to have it chilled for us poolside--and they executed it flawlessly. When we got to the pool, they already knew exactly who it was for. I even showed them a quick note on my phone, and they caught on instantly. That level of attentiveness really stood out. We booked a couples massage, and it was absolutely amazing. The room itself was beautiful, calming, and honestly unreal. The entire facility--from the locker rooms to the sauna, steam room, and showers--was spotless. It's one of those places where you actually enjoy taking your time getting ready because everything feels so clean and luxurious. We spent the day relaxing, enjoying breakfast and lunch by the pool, swimming, using the steam room and sauna, and just fully unwinding. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and experience. Huge thank you to the entire team for making this day so special. I'll definitely be back!

We arrived 15-20 minutes before our scheduled service and were kindly greeted by the front desk staff and shown to the locker room. The locker room has 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, lockers, and various cleansers and products to use before/after service. We then went into their "relaxation room" waiting area before our service started to wind down and fill out the massage intake forms. It was like a cozy living room with couches, lounge chairs, a fireplace, and refreshment bar with spa water, iced tea, and hot tea. I liked that the form asked questions like how talkative you would like your masseuse to be, if you have any injuries/tender spots, and preferred pressure firmness. My partner had booked us the "Escape Together" package which included a 20-minute copper bath and 60-minute couples massage in the outdoor cabana. The bath was totally relaxing and the jets turning off signaled the end of our 20-minute soak. We returned to the relaxation room where we were greeted by our masseuses Rachel and Lana who guided us to the cabana. We were prompted to choose our preferred essential oil for the aromatherapy concept. Lana provided a very relaxing massage for me and was very sweet. I would have enjoyed firmer pressure but I think it was my fault for circling "Gentle" on the form. I usually go to more budget-friendly Asian spas where their default pressure is usually quite rough. My partner said she enjoyed her massage with Rachel as well. After the massage, they brought us some iced tea and let us know that we were welcome to use the dry sauna and encouraged us to stay hydrated. We spent about 10 minutes in the sauna before ending our time. I greatly enjoyed my time here. The spa was clean, relaxing, and every single one of the staff members we interacted with were wonderful. I would highly recommend a visit here for individuals or couples.
