She was knowledgeable, funny, friendly, and efficient! I experienced the "rapid" tan and this gives you an automatic tan. You can shower (rinse with no soap) about 3 hours after. You then shower 12-24 hours later normally, without shaving. I waited for about 24 hours. I love that you can sleep without the tan getting on your sheets, especially considering ours are white. I got this for an event last weekend and am still loving it! I told her exactly what I wanted, although it was difficult as I had not had a spray tan in probably ten years! She somehow knew exactly what to do, and it was beautiful and natural looking. Almost 6 days later, still tan and beautiful. Me being me, I had plenty of questions. They responded quickly with many answers to ensure my tan would not be affected by what I wore, showering, moisturizers, etc. I highly recommend Tansformations. They have five stars for a reason! I grew it out for a few months, but couldn't wait through the sides getting long. I saw Amanda for a consultation for hair extensions and balayage. When I came back for the appointment, everything went perfectly. Amanda is so pleasant and wears extensions, so she was very knowledgeable and wanted me to look fantastic. She colored my hair to perfectly match the extensions. I had brought a picture to the consultation and my hair looks exactly like the picture. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had in a salon. I am now a lifetime client. I'll continue to wear extensions even after my hair is long again, in order to add volume to my fine hair. I'm starting to get some gray hairs and she is now my colorist for life! I've had my extensions for three weeks now and they are wearing perfectly. I feel so pretty!

Previously, my waxing experience has been - get in and get out- quickly walking in, drop your pants, and get on with your day. The biggest thing for me was the precision, time, and heat of the wax. I have been burned before at a bug box waxer, and being a brown skinned beauty my skin is a bit more sensitive to burns and does not always heal nicely. Christine made my experience pleasant and relaxing. She took her time, there was no rush and no burns! She then made her wait a half hour at reception just to tell her that she'd moved all her other appointments forward. We both took time out of our schedules for this, just to be refused service. Maybe their work is outstanding, we wouldn't know, but the customer service and communication is substandard, as such we'll find another salon.
