Went to this medspa in Apr and May when I saw they were offering Spring discounts for fillers. I…read morecame in for Xeomin and Radiesse but could only get Xeomin because Nurse Joy said she wasn't sure if she had enough Radiesse for me, when I only requested two injections, and told me to reschedule for the injections as she didn't want to use up the medspa's low quantities and not be able to inject clients that weren't new patients. I thought odd, but okay. I received 10-15 xeomin injections in my forehead and brow area that day and then came back for the Radiesse for the next appt. For the Radiesse appt, I got the two injections and left after I paid. Radiesse is expensive, but didn't know it was going to be the price I paid, especialy since I used my Xperience+ points and their Spring discount, but whatever. In June, I called back to the medspa as the Radiesse injections had not absorbed into my body and you could see the EXACT mapping pattern Joy used to inject the Radiesse and it looked raised and extremely bumpy. As in, after the swelling went away after the first week, the Radiesse didn't move or soften from where she injected. So, after about 5-6 weeks, I called them in Jun and sent a picture in to show what I was talking about. Joy called me that week and said this has never happened before and that she reached out to Radiesse for advice and would be getting back to me the following week. She never called the following week and oh guess what, my Xeomin injections seem to be dissolving extremely quicker than normal and I already have movement in my forhead area as if I didn't receive any injections there in the first place. This is not normal for me as Xeomin injections from two other medspas had lasted 5-6 months for me in that area and not one. I would not and could not recommend this place.

I also received BBL laser here on my legs which did absolutely nothing. I then got it on my arms and hands. The hands hurt so bad mine were literally shaking. I personally think the laser was turned up too high for my hands but the Manager stated this is normal. The night of my BBL I couldn't sleep due to my right arm and hand literally being hot to the touch and burning however my left arm and hand were fine. I then realized they offered me the cooling air device during my left arm and hand treatment but not my right. When I brought this to the Managers attention with provided images of my arm she had zero sympathy, said it was normal, and basically told me to go find a new spa. I was also charged for the BBL laser at a different price than I was quoted by the front desk. $850 for 1 treatment that basically burned one of my arms. I don't recommend this practice whatsoever. They had a great provider here named Courtney and she left but I'm not sure why. Maybe it was due to the things I witnessed.

The treatments are customized to your skin. I get acne treatment facials, salicylic acid chemical peels, laser treatments for rosacea, and use topical syrums and prescription creams. She told me one thing at my appointment and then aft r having 2 follow-ups cancelled at the last minute and meeting with another injector who was seeing her clients, I was told the filler she had used wasn't normally used for the area I had gotten treated and needed some adjustments to. So needless to say the area wasn't fixed/finished with the left over filler I had and then was sent to Raleigh to have to PAY to get anything corrected.
