Worst air b n b experience of my life. I booked a stay for 3 days. My friends canceled on me. I ask aloha for refund options the day of my arrival. They said I can cancel with 0 refund and if by the grace of god someone books the place. (One in a million on short notice). They will refund me the nights that got rebooked. Yeah, no. I'll just go to the rental. I then decide to try and be optimistic and make the most of it. I arrive to the air b n b. A window is wide open. The toilet in the master doesn't work when you flush it, it won't refill it just runs continuously. The ceiling fan makes a loud tapping noise in the master. The hot tub had debris in it, despite just saying not was cleaned. The icing? They recently had a water leak at the home and the flooring had rotted and buckled so much, it stood up and you couldn't open the back door. I am at the property for 6 hours and decide this just isn't okay, I'm going to try and leave and just get a refund of the remaining two nights. I sent pictures and descriptions of all issues. The host tells me I'm complaining on purpose to get a refund.. ???. The audacity. I have nothing but rave reviews as a guest. People saying how kind and clean and honest and respectful I am. I have never left a bad air b n b review. I have never argued with an air b n b host. This host was absolutely sh** from the very beginning. Rude, taking my words out of context, jumping to conclusions, 0 empathy, then the absolute gall to accuse me of being at fault for all the messed up stuff in their home. After a day of fight with air b n b. The host says at 9am, "I'm going to go look at everything and see if we can come to a mutual agreement. Talk within a few hours.".... 8 hours later not a word. Then bam, they changed my rental, canceled it down to 1 night, and then manually adjusted the charges to 450$. This was a 3 day stay for 857$. That's 285 a night. Then because they were mad they were held accountable, they charged me 456$ for 6 hours in their sh**ty home. They know they shouldn't have rented a place where THE BACK DOOR WONT OPEN, because the floor is so damaged from a recent major water leak? 3 years, 30,000$ spent on air b n b, and a flawless guest review record. This is how I was treated by this company. Worst rental experience of my life. Then I come to yelp and see they have a 1.8 star rating. Absolutely no surprise and it should be lower. Shame on you for being such nasty people. I'm aware it looks bad that I wanted to cancel prior to this but I genuinely went there to try and make the most of it. This is the worst rental experience I've had to deal with. I lived at an Aloha property for two years and had ongoing problems with a leak coming from our upstairs neighbors bathroom seeping down to ours. This started on a Sunday, we had an active leak beginning around 10 in the morning that went until 6 when our neighbor got home. Water sat seeping for 8 hours and emergency maintenance did not come. The leak only subsided after the neighbor came home and cleaned up the mess. This leak persisted throughout the remainder of my two lease terms causing issues on and off. I often called Aloha to report concerns of water damage and mold, and had to leave voicemails due to them not answering the phone. When I asked for a call back, I often received a text that did not answer my question. I found it very difficult to get updates on maintenance and felt I could not adequately communicate problems when ongoing problems of leaks and mold were persisting. During my second lease term my roommate moved out for personal reasons. Aloha worked with us to remove them as a tenant and change the terms of our lease, which they let us know was a $350 fee. Upon following all instructions, paying the fee, and following up several times, I was told that a lease change did not involve a new lease being written, but rather the old tenant simply being blocked from the online portal. The payment was made in full in August, but the "lease change" was not processed until I inquired again in January despite being told otherwise. This was frustrating as we paid for a change of lease terms. A fee to change the terms of the lease is reasonable. A rental company pocketing this fee and making no changes is not fair. Additionally, my actual signed lease was never updated to reflect these changes - so I never received any official lease record listing myself as the sole tenant. As a tenant's first and really only point of contact, I believe a property management company has a responsibility to maintain habitable living conditions and address tenant concerns. In my opinion, Aloha does not meet this standard for their tenants. My experience renting from them was incredibly frustrating. read more

You've heard the saying, 'proof is in the pudding'? I have been a renter at Rock Creek for 3-1/2 years and still have nothing but positive experiences with Aloha's staff and management. Their rents at this location is very reasonable for the Meridian area - which is higher than surrounding cities. Yes, an inspector comes to check your apartment every 6 months and if I owned a building here, that would give me peace of mind knowing tenants are taking care of their homes. Every winter I think of updating my review, because every winter Aloha sends a crew to shovel our entryways and sidewalks and put down ice melt. Other rental properties I see and walk do not do that courtesy for their tenants. It means a lot to me and mom as we're older and slipping on ice could be a life changer. So, if you are reading my reviews because you are considering renting here, I know there are many long term renters here, I have great neighbors, it's still quiet (even though it's all age), it's an ideal Meridian location, they make repairs right away (love their contractors) and the rent has consistently been on the lower end for the Meridian area. If you live at any apartments run by this company I feel sorry for you. My SIL has lived there for @8 years. If you don't have a parking pass you get BOOTED$$$ AND TOWED within 24 hrs!!! Over the weekend his parking pass FELL TO THE FLOOR somehow and he was booted and towed and didn't notice til he got off work! This place is such a scam. By the time he got his car back after the weekend it cost him over $600!!!!!!! WTF PPL! This is beyond the scope of anything right. What kind of business is this??? My son was booted for VISITING HIS SISTER $$$ and my daughter was booted not too long ago for her parking pass falling to the floorboard also! $$$$$ You can't tell me you guys don't recognize each car that lives there when you're so constantly monitoring who has a pass and who doesn't. You know damn well they have passes yet you refuse to refund the money charged. Sick! This can't be how this business is run. This needs to be shut down. This is a low down money grab and has been for years!!!! These apartments aren't even nice enough to have a monitored parking lot like this! Owners -- don't use this company unless you want your tenants to be ripped off upon move out! We rented a house which was managed by Aloha from Sept 2022 - Jan 2024. The previous tenant warned us that Aloha treated them poorly when they left. But the house was great, so we stupidly ignored that warning. The experience while we were tenants was fine. They took our rent and sent people to make repairs upon request. But our complaint is that they absolutely ripped us off when we left: 1. We had just signed a new one-year lease. So, we paid to have the carpets cleaned. 2. Since Aloha has an inspector come through every six months, we had two inspections. Both inspectors reported we took great care of the property. Aloha sent a rep along with the owner in Sept 2023, before our lease renewal. The owner and the APM rep told us we could stay "as long as (we) wanted because everything looked so good. 3. Kaylee texted my husband one week before Christmas 2023 to tell us that the owner had decided to sell and that we wouldn't incur any penalties if we left early. 4. So we found a place and applied and were approved. 5. Then, when my husband told Kaylee, she said they didn't want us to move until summer, though that was never stated. Why tell us right before the holidays if there was no rush? 6. So, we had to tell the other property that we couldn't leave yet. 7. To the owner's credit, she felt bad when she heard what happened (she obviously hadn't wanted us to know so early) and told us to go ahead and take the other place if it was available. Thankfully, it was. 8. We cleaned the place from top to bottom, including inside the fridge. 9. We paid a $500 non-refundable pet deposit plus $50 per month pet rent for 15 months. 10. So imagine our surprise to have $1,700 deducted from our deposit! 11. When we questioned APM, they told us they had to do touch up paint and clean and have the carpets cleaned. 12. We asked that the carpets be pro-rated because we were not the ones to initiate early lease termination. They refused. 13. We asked why we were being triple charged for pet fees, since we had to pay for screen replacement because our dog ran into the screen so it was loose. He is a Pomeranian so the damage was not severe. They ignored us. 14. Prior to this, the most we ever lost from a deposit was $50 for a light replacement which was fair because we couldn't find the one to replace one that broke when we moved in. 15. We were charged for touch up paint even though the intake videos and photos show the condition upon move in was barely passable. The place obviously had not been painted in years. We believe Aloha is in cahoots with their cleaners and handymen and take kickbacks. That's why they overcharge tenants when they vacate. As the renters, we don't get to choose who to manage property. But as owners, you do. Don't use Aloha. They don't reward good tenants. They rip us off!!! read more

Oh goodness where to start? Let's go with the begining, we where good, on time or early rent paying tenants, we got things fixed in a timely manner and did what we could to take care of the apartment. About 7 months into our lease I was due to have a baby via c section, I contacted Kaylee at APM and informed her of this. I let her know that my husband leaves for work for long periods of time and I would have family members coming to stay with me to help me while he was away at work. This was in November so I asked if we could get a temporary parking pass that the family members could use as we rotate who was staying with me. Kaylee told me she would call me back after she spoke to her boss, she didn't even take the time to do that but instead sent a text informing me that "guests are to park on the street". In November they expected people to walk from the street to my apartment and couldn't accommodate a medical need. I'll also inform you 1 apartment in our building was empty so there was plenty of open parking spaces. A few months later when we where planning to move out, we filled out the paperwork to let them know, they sent us an email saying they would be showing the apartment for our last 30 days, I was also asked over the phone to let them know if we left early, and that if we did they would refund us prorated rent if new renters moved in. We figured we would do the nice thing and leave as early as we could (with full intent of paying out our lease if they didn't rent it out) and we let them know this. After a few weeks we noticed our apartment was taken off the website so we called and asked what was going on, they then decided to inform us (not sure they would have if we hadn't been on top of it) the place was rented out and we didn't have to pay our last months rent BUT we had a "lease break fee" to pay. I was pretty annoyed about this because we thought we where doing something nice and they basically where being shady trying to shaft us out of money. Why instead of saying "let us know when you move out" say "just fyi if you move out we need to know, and that it's a violation of your lease". After threatening to stop the new tenants from moving in, we where offered a discount on the lease break fee . When we moved out they surely nickled and dimed us for every little thing, holes in the wall that where there when we moved in, cracks in the super old fridge door that was there when we moved in, ect. After going back and forth with Kaylee for a few days, I'm over it, she was very obviously being difficult to get me to give it up, good job Kaylee you won! This is not all, we have a friend moving out of there as well who has some not so nice things to say about Kaylee and APM. Honestly don't rent from them, it's not worth the hassle, if youre a home owner, please don't hire them, Kaylee is rude and they are doing stuff that also screws over the owners (I'll be doing a review for my friend once he's out of there). APM, what ever your reply is honestly you guys are liars and jerks and I don't see how this can be justified but I'm sure you'll try. Worst property management company I've had in my lifetime. When I moved in 3.5 years ago i was warned heavily that this company rarely gave deposit refunds. After treating the property with the utmost respect and care, cleaning for multiple days, they have the audacity to withhold $180 for unnecessary cleaning. FYI: Idaho Code Section 48-603(16) protects tentants from excessive and unnecessary cleaning fees. I could have won in court with my pre-move in and post-move in photos. I even painted the previous tenants plaster holes that were not painted for my move in. They also charged me $10 fee to turn OFF the gas as an exiting tenant. And then after charging me $10 a month for an air filter program for 3.5 years ($420). They have the balls to charge me for a maintenance guy to come in and change a perfectly good filter ($29.99). I could easily win in court but you arent worth my mental health. I trust that the goddess will reward me later for putting up with such greedy nonsense. Be aware that after you move in they charge you fee, after fee, after fee. I had to fight them on not charging me $10 for their $100,000 liability insurance when I had my own renters insurance with $300,000 liability insurance. What a hassle. Plus $10 a month for pest, plus this, plus that.... You've been warned. Don't rent from them, and dont bother taking photos or videos because they'll screw you anyways. read more

Horrible customer service, didnt check up with out rental history and then decided to double our deposit since we are in our 20's. We provided proof of income, previous rental history, and even offered bank statements and previous copies of leases to prove history. They failed to get in contact with one of our previous landlords and instead of trying to contact them again, they decided it was our fault and that we needed to pay double our security deposit. The were rude in their emails and communication to my wife and I. We switched to a different property management company and they were awesome, found a property within a good price and signed a lease within 48hrs. read more

Owner here. Have never used a management company to manage my rentals. Had absolutely no problems managing my properties for 10 years. We moved out of state and decided to turn things over to a management company that came highly recommended from a real estate agent friend of ours. That turned out to be one of the worst decisions I have ever made! I am surprised they never charged a fee for responding to an e-mail or answering a phone call - they certainly charged for absolutely everything else whether it was warranted or not. Bottom line: Whether you are a property owner or a tenant, Aloha Property Management will always work the grift and get "theirs" first and let everyone else fight over what, if anything else, remains. read more

If I could give this management 0 I absolutely would, me and my wife are travelers in healthcare and the application process was extremely extent and invasive, for a three month stay they requested to see our paystub's and our travel contracts through our agency to confirm we have enough money to pay for the house each month. They requested so much information that we truly believe this is a scam. They requested to speak to members of our family, passed landlords and even requested the names of our supervisors at work. Our hypoallergenic well-behaved dogs were rated a 2 out of 5 For the simple fact that they have not been to Dog school and they tried to tack on another hundred dollars a month onto our rent due to this. This agency was extremely unprofessional in their responses and it costed over 110 to just apply as they then said they would not take it out of our deposit. They lost their chance on two great travelers who would've treated their house with much respect, I hope the owner John reevaluates who's running his business because their 2/5 yelp score really shows. I have worked with Lydia and John from this company for years. They have always made time to answer my questions. They have taken care of many tenants and investment owners and I don't hesitate to refer them business. I noticed another person named Cassandra S left a negative review and I believe it was false and someone trying to use my name to hurt a good business with people that care. I have never received word from a tenant or owner of a home complaining about Aloha. I have witnessed this company work to improve our community, volunteering at charity childcare centers to help kids from families working to make ends meet, spending time at paint the town. I have seen them fire unethical vendors to protect tenants and investors. John and Lydia have spent years volunteering to train and lead other property managers to rise to a higher standard of ethical and successful businesses. John has always been honest, and recently even explained to the community how rental applications should not only not be a profit center for landlords, but explained that he takes a loss on them as a cost of business. You know a company is doing something right when they are in business for years, volunteers to help build up the community they are a part of and helps competition in the name of making it a better place to live for everyone. Landlords are not incontrol of tax rate increases, the cost of housing and the cost of background and credit checks. Literally they don't set market rental rates. John spoke to the press about the issue being brought up by a city council member. He stated that in regards to application costs, there is nothing to hide unless you are doing something wrong. That is why he is now being inundated with negative reviews, because he spoke to the press to help resolve a political problem in the community. I feel that the owner of this company went above and beyond to share with the person who is hiding behind the anonymity of an online review where literally the only other review was to rant at another property management company dangerous. Yelp is not responsible for the content written, but courts do find that they are responsible for what they do allow to be posted. This is not an isolated incident of violence against landlords as earlier this year a Utah Landlord was killed at a property. All this was over the application fee, which by the way, Idaho Realtors must pass their finger print and background checks in order to work get Licensed and be safe for their clients and this cost to the business is as provided by the Idaho Police is $61.25, more than the cost of the application fee that this company charges for rentals. I am upset that Yelp was unable to see the danger that allowing this kind of angry reviewer to post on property management yelp pages. So I have amended my review for truth. read more

I do not recommend using this company. I moved into an apartment and there were multiple issues. Sink was brown, lights were missing, and it was not cleaned. Moving out I left the apartment looking better than it was when I moved in and I got $150 back from my $350 deposit. Their reasoning was resiculius like a $50 charge for wiping dust off a shelf. My experience with Aloha is that they genuinely despise their tenants. Even when it's totally unearned and uncalled for, aloha sent my family of four threatening letters, and gave us little to no notice of inspections. Those who came to inspect the house we were renting were unfriendly and non communicative. The company lacks a culture of good communication and even their higher ups are poor communicators and give terrible customer service. When we moved out we hired professional cleaners, but aloha hired their own cleaners and essentially stole our security deposit, perhaps out of incompetence or perhaps out of sheer greed. The owner was rude to my wife on the phone. If I was anyone else seeking to rent I would avoid renting from this business at all cost! read more

This company needs to improve on answering the phone and reporting back to an inquiry. An email being sent a week after an initial inquiry, the phone never being answered to talk to an actual person, and the shortness of an email is poor service. A person is interested in a property, you would think a rental company would do their job and help that person find a rental. It's impossible to get any questions answered through them, and I have no idea how they have current tenants because no one answers the phone or replies to emails. read more

Man did we dodge a bullet. I had to email them five times with my question about a starting date to move in. They never answered my question, just kept trying to get me to schedule a viewing (I'm out of state). The phone system I called into is incomprehensible and kept me running in circles, and hung up on me 3 times before I could get through to leave a voice mail. Which led me to check online reviews. We owned a home in Meridian and decided to move back to Oregon to be close to our family. We met with John and he took on managing our property and loved our home like it was his own. Anytime there was an issue it was brought to our attention quickly and our tenants were taken care of quickly. Aloha managed our property for 5 years and 3 tenants. They marketed and rented the property so quick that we never even missed collecting one month of rent. We are so appreciative of their honesty, hard work and professionalism. One of the least professional property management companies in the area. The lady who is the direct contact for calls is very unhelpful and can't provide any valuable information besides "I have to ask the manager". This is understandable for complicated questions, but she should know the basic information. I've called multiple times wanting information on properties but never get answers. If you ever do reach someone who has information they are still very unhelpful. They were asking for the full year of rent upfront when applicants had the credit and rent to income ratio covered with no criminal background and clean previous rental history. They wouldn't answer why for a few days. Turns out they didn't receive a pay stub which is a simple fix, but any other management company would have simply stated that they needed proof of employment before acceptance or at least suggest getting a cosigner. Not straight denial without an explanation and only stating that they had "other applicants that want to move in now". Raises the question of if the other applicants were friends and they just wanted quickly get rid of the first applicants. Just an overall very unprofessional experience. Ive been renting for 7 years and was a property manager as well. Make or break rental requirements are expected. There was a property I was really interested in and after calling several times someone finally answered and I set up an appointment that day for 4:45. I even confirmed the time with the lady to double check. Anyways, I showed up at 4:30 waited until about 5:30 and the just never came. I left a review on their facebook and they had the audacity to say that they WERE there. I was sitting out front of the property and tried knocking and everything. There was nobody there. We called several times and left a message and nobody called back to apologize or explain. Dishonest and unprofessional. If I see a property by them I just ignore it because I will most definitely not be dealing with them ever again. I recommend for others to do the same. Once you have rented a property and sign lease...its great.... But after... Not so much... Very poor customer/client service.

We rented a property managed by Aloha for about a year and a half. While we were in the property they did routine maintain emcee and were great to work with. We had one emergency repair to broken pipes in the crawl space and they were quick to get someone out to look on the weekend. The repair person they sent did a through inspection and found another problem and promptly fixed both. Ultimately we moved when the house was being sold but they were easy to work with through the whole process and made things easy for us and seemingly the owners too. read more

Rented an apartment from them on 16th and hays in Boise a few years back. Best landlords ever! They're so professional and their inspections aren't to see if you're breaking the rules but to actually make sure the apartment is in functional condition. Our little one bedroom place was our first and Boise and they welcomed us with open arms! Nice people and fair pricing and insanely quick service if something breaks! The apartment we rented didn't allow dogs at first but when we asked they let us adopt our Doxie and then pay a pet fee! They are knowledgeable and know the business! They are there for their tenants which is a rare thing! Totally recommend! read more

After our lease is up im not gonna return to this property management we rented an apartment in meridian and pay almost $900 and never fix anything! their was a leak in our ceiling in the kitchen on the light and they never came to check it or fixed it! and now our AC broke and its been 100 degrees out and have not fixed it! its been almost 3 days weve been trying to reach them and everything and nothing. Their website in not secure and the lady had no way of proving who she claims to be. To me this company seemed to be a fraudster. I'm a little bit disappointed that I can't rate them lower. I'm pasting a message I sent to the owner of a property that Aloha manages. I went through the county assessors office to get ownership information on a property I was interested when I couldn't get in touch with APM. I told the owner that I was interested in her house and had heard horrible things about APM. I wanted to know if she would consider renting privately. She is under contract with them and so she got me in contact with the person from APM who was managing her house. I met with them and this is me relaying the experience back to the owner: Hey Lisa, I know you asked me to deal with the property management company from this point forward, but I thought you should be made aware of a situation that came up today. Lydia did call me and leave me a voicemail while I was at work yesterday. I was able to return her call today and leave a voicemail on her cell and the company phone to requesting a chance to view the property. Lydia called me back and set up a meeting today at 6 to view the house. I was called by Ophelia a few minutes after speaking with Lydia. Ophelia said that she was in the area and could actually let me see the house sooner than 6 if I was free. I was very appreciative and we set up a new time. She was extremely polite and even rearranged her and John's schedule in order to work around an appointment we needed to keep. When we met at the house Ophelia was very abrasive. They were having trouble getting in the front door and conversation quickly moved from "where do you work" to "do you spoke with the owner and told her you've heard horrible things about us?" She asked what I'd heard and I told her that I'd read some pretty poor reviews. John joined the conversation telling me I was referring to three reviews he already knew about, that I had told you I couldn't get ahold of them because their voicemail was full-but he's the one who gets the call logs and voicemail capacity reports. He said that the voicemail box was never more than 40% full, that I'd only called them once on Sunday and that I'd never submitted an inquiry on the property. I was taken aback by the way he spoke realizing I'd definitely offended them. I apologized and said that I'd definitely called more than once and my inquiry was made on zillow. He again assured me that they never received anything other than a phone call on Sunday. I apologized but told him I made the calls and submitted the request for info. Ophelia then went back to saying that she didn't appreciate me going to you about them. I apologized to her and explained I was only afraid someone else would snatch the house from us and I wasn't meaning to bad mouth or be offensive to the company. She told me that that's exactly what I was meaning to do. Thankfully the door opened and things got a little less tense as she let us tour the house. I've worked in customer service for over ten years. I would never dream of confronting a potential client the way they did me today. I wanted you to be aware that a large part of why we are no longer interested in the house is because of the way we were treated today. The reviews that I read proved to be very accurate. I debated most if the day on whether or not to mention this experience with you. I don't like to cause problems for people, I'm not a confrontational person. That being said...if I were in your place and I had hired a company to rent my house- I would want to know if they were trying potential renters this way. I called them 6 times in all. I left two voicemails and the mailbox was full once. I submitted an info request using the zillow rentals site. For a person to tell me that I didn't do any of those things is pretty offensive. I apologize if I overstepped by contacting you. My thought process behind the initial contact was that I wanted to rent the house and want extremely comfortable doing it through apm. If I could give them less I would! The $40 app fee per person is ridiculously over priced! I was told I was the first applicant, and then found out someone got their app in sooner, my daughter was having an issue getting her education benefits in and It basically took a day to turn it in. If I had known it was a competition I would have passed! This happened on 10/2, if anyone else had this happen contact me, I am filing a complaint! read more

I've never rented from a worse property management company. I HIGHLY recommend you not rent from them. It took literally weeks to follow up with maintenance requests and many of my issues were ignored. For example, when I first moved in and used the heat a horrific urine smell permeated the house. I told the management several times and they ignored ALL of my e-mails, refusing to address the issue. The only thing I was eventually told over the phone was that someone with a dog previously lived there - duh - that was obvious, but they refused to do anything about it. I went without a working stove for a couple of weeks. Regardless of my telling them it wasn't working, their so-called maintenance man said it was. The mother board was fried I was told by the company I finally called and paid to come check it out. Finally, they replaced it, but I didn't have anyway to fix meals for me and my children for weeks. Another time my front door knob was falling out of the door and they didn't come to fix it for a couple of weeks - totally unsafe. The place was dirty and several maintenance issues existed when I moved in. Definitely needed paint and cleaning (which I doubt had been done at all). When I moved out of the 900 square foot home and I paid to have it professionally cleaned and the carpets professionally cleaned, they charged me $200 for carpet cleaning and almost as much for cleaning the place. They also charged me for items that I hadn't done and that I had marked on my move-in sheet that were issues. They did not take anything on the move-in sheet into consideration when I moved out. Very, very unprofessional. When I addressed the charges with them they told me to contact the cleaners who did the work instead of addressing it themselves. This company is a sham. DON'T DO IT FOR YOUR OWN safety and peace of mind - not to mention financially! read more

This company is shady as all hell. My friends have lived here for years snd during that time, I've witnessed them cheat them out of hundreds of dollars. Not only that, their service department is terrible. Takes them forever to replace or repair broken appliances. They've had a leak in their bedroom since the beginning of winter. It os spring now and they haven't done anything. Still leaking and still getting the run around. This property management company loves to charge top dollar but hates to spend any of that money maintaining their properties. Don't even bother with the application. Skip any properties maintained by them. read more

Set up an appointment to view a property with one of the employees, only to be stood up. After leaving work early for this I waited a half hour and called the contact multiple times leaving messages without any communication back. If a company has this little regard for potential customers, I would hate to imagine how they treated their current tenants. I will be sure to never do business with aloha and would not recommend anyone rent through them. read more

For the first time today I had the displeasure of working with Lydia from Aloha. We have rented two properties from them and I have never spoken to her on the phone....all I have to say, is if this was my first and only experience, it would be my last. Lydia was flat out rude. I asked her where to send my rent and instead of just telling me the address, goes on and on about how she just got off the phone with my fiancee and she already gave him that information. I asked again, because I pay the bills and I am at work and wanted to write it immediately down in my address book, once again, instead of just telling me the address goes on about how it is on the first page of the lease. I explained to her that I checked the lease and didn't see it, and asked for the address again. She repeats it is on the first page. Still has not given me the address. I have now spent over 6 minutes on the phone, beating around the bush, trying to just get an address so I can pay my rent, and have gotten nothing but attitude. When I finally tell her I don't see it on my copy of the lease, and ask her to email me a copy of it, she let out the largest sigh and demanded my email address. I tell her and before I even get out the last part, she interrupts me and demands "what?" I repeat my email address and she starts getting belligerent about the email address. First of all, its the same one she has on file with my application, the same one the lease was sent to originally and its pretty simple- its my name. So why I had to repeat it 3 times and then spell it out is a little excessive, but to make it even worse, before she hung up on me, all she said, was "i'll send it when I get around to it." Then se hung up. No good bye no anything, and I still do not have the address to mail the rent check. I think if I was as unhappy at my job as she lets on that she is, that maybe she should quit. read more
