I set up an appointment for a full set of acrylics with colored French tips in the coffin shape. I left with dip over my natural nail in a square shape. He even asked halfway through what length I wanted and I said I wanted the same length in the photo. When he started putting dip on my nails, he said he was going to do dip on one hand and acrylics on the other so that the length matched, but I ended up with dip on both hands and my nails are half the length I wanted them to be. After the base dip was on my nails I just told him to do a square shape, because I feel like short coffin nails looks weird on my hands. Like I said, they did good quality work but it wasn't what I was hoping to get. Guess I'll need to be very explanatory next time I go.

I had already prepped my nails before coming so that way only paint was needed and I did not have to worry about the shape getting messed up. I decided to get a black French tip as it's something that is more difficult to do on your own. I should have just gotten a plain paint but the guy convince me to get gel. He said the other pain would come off by the next day if I did not and I needed my nails done for this wedding. The quality of paint that I received was so sloppy and uneven it look like I did it with my left hand in under five minutes. What makes it even worse is that it is gel and will not be coming off without more work than was put in to it being painted.

Service was inconsistent. I had one foot scrubbed but not the other. My friend had a nice scrub applied to her legs but it was never rinsed off. I had some oil applied to one leg but not the other. I received no leg scrub. I did get a nice hot towel on my legs, my friend received no such treatment. Her technician also applied no base coat to her toe nails. My polish was gloppy but my technician appeared to clean up stray polish around my toes. The technician working on my friend's feet did not clean anything up and looked as if her 8 year old daughter could have applied the polish. The atmosphere seemed very relaxing and the massage chairs were really comfortable. It just seemed the service was more like something I might get from someone just learning how to perform their duties.
