I love this place; I've been a client for six years. They do an excellent job on both manicures and pedicures. I highly recommend it--the staff is very friendly. The place is beautiful, cozy, and relaxing. read more

Now I know why Eva's was top rated. This was my first visit. From the time I walked in the door they treated me very special. I got the regular pedicure. The foot and leg massages were fantastic. all the r4est of the trimming nad polish was very good. This will be my go-to salon. read more

Overpriced ($75 for pedi with gel polish) but the gentleman who gave the pedicure was very distracted and kept getting up and going away and coming back. And the 5% extra to use a credit card is ridiculous. I get this same spa pedicure in Florida with gel for $55 and much more attention in half the time because they do it without getting up every 5 minutes.. and that wasn't even the most expensive pedicure read more

I'm going to try to be as polite as possible... I am new to getting acrylics, but I was tired of buying stick-on nails from walmart and it only lasting 3 days so I chose to go to Eva's. I called about 5pm on a thursday for an appointment hoping they could fit me in the following morning, but they said they could make me an appointment for the same day at 6pm (even though they closed at 7pm & for the record, because i'm new to this, i had no idea how long a full set would take). Anyway, I get there and they tell me it will be $60 for a full set, in which I showed them a picture of what I wanted (refer to the photo below) and the price jumped to $65 and I said fine. This is where it just gets real sh!tty. The girl that did my nails seemed like a sweet girl (her name was Tori), but she was visibly annoyed which I assumed was because I was there so close to closing time, making me feel bad; therefore, i apologized to her several times and explained that i didn't realize my appointment would go into closing time. There were a few other red flags in between these, but then she continually was messing up and wiping off the checkered design and seemed VERY irritated and so I just said to make some "thick and thin - plaid-like lines" instead ( ill attach a picture) and she did. I was soooooo ready to get the heck out of there because everyone just seemed annoyed that I said, looks great and ENDED UP BEING CHARGED $75 NOT INCLUDING THE TIP and left. (I did tip my nail girl good, even though I hated them, i didn't tell her i hated them and she did seem like a sweet girl and her birthday was coming up lol) I didn't even take a picture of them afterwards like everyone always does because i was lowkey embarrassed, especially that I paid $75 for them. Not only was the design not what I wanted, the very ends of my nails weren't painted at all, and 4 days after I got them done, 2 OF THE ACRYLIC NAILS FELL OFF COMPLETELY. Anyway, I hope my experience helps someone else and didn't come off too rude, but I feel like this is pretty dang bad lol EDIT: Also, I would like to add that it was not very clean. read more

I visited Eva's for the first time today, at the recommendation of a customer at my hair stylist shop. I had not had a pedicure in approximately a year. I was surprised that the shop had 12 people working. The shop was very busy. The atmosphere was very nice, and the massage chairs were very comfortable. They worked really well. Michael did my pedicure, and he did an impeccable job. He was very professional, always calm, never chatting where I thought he was downgrading me, like some of them do. He was very conscientious and took his time to make sure everything was perfect. Then, he left, and a woman came to my chair. She said Michael didn't paint the nails. She was rushing through putting the nail polish on. She did not carry the nail polish to the cuticle. She stopped painting before she got to the cuticle. I don't know why she did that. None of my other manicurist do that. I was never told to sit and let my nail polish dry, like other shops. I felt like I was rushed at the end. I got home, and some of my polish is smeared. I wish Michael had painted my nails, too. The cost was $41, with regular pedicure, plus callous removal. Most places that I am familiar with charge around $30 for a full pedicure, but since my feet were in desperate need of a pedicure, I wasn't complaining too much on that, plus I tip. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit. read more

Walking in, there was what looked like a sticker on the door that said student discount. The guy who did my nails was amazing. I love my nails, however, I was charged $75 for only acrylic & gel polish almond/natural shaped nails. I also asked for the discount but was told that they don't do it anymore. The salon was not clean at all. It looks like they don't clean any of the equipment they use. They also charge if you used a card. read more

Went in for a shellac pedicure. They quoted us a price of $40 but then halfway through the pedi, they told us if we wanted shellac it'd be another $30. So in full, $70. Beware of this place! read more

When I lived in VA, I used to come here, it was so good I would travel an hour to and from for it. I traveled all trying to find an amazing salon, this was it. The manicures were flawless and lasted a long time while maintaining its beauty. The salon was clean and well organized and truly excellent. I wish it was near where I live now. The picture doesn't do it justice, approx 3-4 weeks out from manicure. Anyone living nearby, this place is WORTH IT. read more

Rude when I walked in. Tried to get me to look at gel polishes even when I specified I didn't want gel polish (which is more expensive). They charge $50 for acrylics, which is highway robbery. Most places charge $35 or less. Don't go here. read more

Despite glowing reviews and positive experiences my past 3 visits, this salon has really disappointed me by openly discriminating against me and my service animal. They did so by creating unreasonable barriers to access which aren't forced on able bodied patrons and outright refusing service. I called 15-20 minutes in advanced like I have always done for this salon (without any issues, always told there was no wait and never had to wait more than 15 minutes) and was told there would be no wait for my friend and I to get a pedicure. I mentioned that my service dog would be with me as a courtesy, which is not required by the ADA laws, and suddenly I had to make an appointment. The young man on the phone told me they did same day appointments and asked what time this evening I wanted to come in to get pedicures, when I told him the same time frame as I told the first employee I spoke with, he said they had no appointments and were booked until closing. The employee was combative and argumentative and offered no reasonable accommodations. I have filed a complaint with the ADA and will no longer be getting my nails done with them. I will also not be recommending them to any friends or family, especially those with disabilities or medical equipment requiring accommodations. I've attached the ADA laws directly from the ADA website, which I attempted to share with the employees of Eva's Nails and Spa before the employee told me they didn't have time to listen. Hopefully they will read them to prevent a lawsuit in the future. I know many handlers who would sue, and unfortunately far too many who would lay down and take the discrimination without saying anything at all. read more

BEST NAILS Great shaping!! Friendly staff & warming atmosphere. Got my nails done for my birthday & told them I needed my nails to be perfect & needless to say I got what I asked for!! I went here yesterday, and it was somewhat of a let down. I made an appointment for 3:30pm and my full set acrylics and gel pedicure was not completely done until 6:30pm. The two workers there were super nice, and I felt sorry for them because I think they were super overwhelmed! I will say my gel pedi and my full set acrylics look super good! So the quality is good for sure. I also will say I think they had so many people there and instead of doing one person's nail job at a time, one worker would come and take my polish off, then another worker would come and glue my acrylics, then the first worker would come back and do the actual acrylic part of my nails. In between, I'm just sitting there as the workers go back and forth trying to do each person's nails in the salon. It was just a "meh" experience. read more

The only place I will go for my nails and pedicures. I've been going here for 5 years. Everyone is always friendly and ensures that my nails are to my perfection. I've never had an issue with asking something to be fixed - Mimi & Eric (owners) are always willing and very friendly. The shop is very modern and they offer more colors - regular and gel than any other shop around. I recommend making an appointment because they are typically busy. read more

I've gone to this place multiple times and I've only had one good experience with Sue. They do not practice safe nail care and some nail techs rush and do a subpar job. The prices are not fair for the work they do. They also don't take cards, solely venmo/cash which is extremely sketchy to me. I won't be returning unfortunately read more

My technician was Vickie, and I really enjoyed her. She was kind, gentle, and very detailed oriented. I received an SNS dip powder manicure, which lifted around a week. I've pretty much come to the conclusion that no salons around here are actually certified to do a dip powder manicure. Considering they never last the recommended amount of time. Regardless, I really enjoyed my experience and I would return-just not for dip. Keep in mind that they don't accept cards. So either have cash or some kind of money app. read more

I am very disappointed. I use to love this place. It has really gone downhill. I had a pedicure and going against my better judgement I let the girl use the little drimmel tool on my toes. She held it too long and went straight down to the skin. It hurt but did not bleed. She knew she did something wrong but could not communicate well enough to let me know. No I am missing half my toenail I have pain and gonna have to find someone to fix it. All right at the beginning of summer. No point in complaining to them you know what response will be. So sad and upset this happened!! read more

Was here for 2 hours on a Friday morning to just get a regular mani and pedi. My nail experience was subpar at best, the staff were literally all over the place, trying to do several people's nails at once. The people here are super sweet, and they speak English very well. They did a pretty job on my nails and the prices are great. The only downside is how much time it takes. Went for a pedicure and the lady who did my pedicure barely scrubbed my feet. I still have strong calluses on my heels. I wore sandals and within an hour of returning home I had lost the polish on two of my toe nails. I did notice when selecting a color that very few of the colors were able to move freely within the bottle. There was also an overwhelming chemical smell. It was anything but a relaxing environment. Iwould not recommend going to this facility. read more

I came in needing relief for my nails that had been destroyed over months by another salon. Vicky took her time taking off my acrylics and took great care to be gentle. She introduced me to dipped powder nails instead and I was relieved to find another method to care for, but still augment, my natural weak, thin nails. I went for a pedicure a week later and the gentleman was also very gentle, but very thorough. The chairs were comfy, and the ambiance was dim and relaxing. I'm going in again today for a new set, and I'm relieved to find a place where they treat you like an individual and look for your personal wants and needs, and not as just another person walking in from the street. read more

Walked in today (Sunday afternoon) for gel manicure and pedicure and was seated right after picking out my colors (when paying for the services, they said they prefer for customers to make an appointment but they have a walk-ins welcome sign on the door). Took about 35 minutes for my gel manicure and little over an hour for my Signature Spa Pedicure (included sugar scrub, callous removal, hot towel, & massage). Tran, the nail technician paid great attention to detail and worked hard to make my feet so smooth! All the metal instruments were opened in front of me from sterile package and you can see the autoclave in plain sight (which I like). $35 for gel manicure and $38 for the signature spa pedicure, both which I feel where reasonable priced for the amount of time spent on each and the attention to detail on both. I will definitely be coming back to Eva's. read more

I walked in this place to get a refill. There were 4 or 5 employees sitting around doing absolutely nothing and not one customer. No one said one word to me. Definitely the worst nail salon experience ever. Four and a half hours for a pedi and full set of nails. When I returned home, my nineteen year old son informs me that, "They are crooked." I was in so tired of being in there I didn't even notice. The acrylic didn't reach the bottom of my nail so I needed a fill-in THREE DAYS after they were done. The staff was nice but they were severely understaffed and I'm not sure how many of them were licensed as a couple of them seemed very uncertain of the jobs they were to be completing. Never again. read more

I went to get my nails done here today, and now I have to go get them fixed somewhere else tomorrow. The lady was nice enough but it was a waste of money. The nails are thick and look extra fake, and the "French tips" are crooked, and it looks like I need a fill-in due to the large space between the acrylic and cuticle even tho I got them today. My nails would look better if I bought press-ons at the dollar store. read more

This place is so nice! I've had some bad experiences at nail salons, but Eva's was wonderful. The gentleman who did my toes was very gentle, and he did a great job. Was mislead by the pricing. I had a shellac manicure and pedicure and was charged $106. I get shellac mani/pedis at a different nail salon and have been for the last 3 years and have never been charged that much. The most I've been charged is $75 for the same service.
