It was easy to book an appt on their website and I was sent a reminder and also given friendly service when I called in with questions about my appt. I was greeted warmly upon entering, and the whole appt went smoothly with Ruby. I was there for a Brazilian and was almost 9 months pregnant, so pleasant isn't probably the word to describe things, but Ruby did a great job. The place is super cute and the rooms are nice and cozy, clean and calming. They don't feel sterile and cold but you can tell they're taking all the right sanitary measures. I will definitely revisit for that and other services once they reopen!

She instead recommended I do the YonKa dry skin facial which is actually cheaper than what I originally booked. I love that she picked what would be best for my skin without trying to upsell a more expensive facial. I'm not well versed in skin care so I really liked that Kayelyn walked me through everything she was doing and the reasons why. Most times you just lay there in silence and while I do like sometimes to just relax and fall asleep, I really appreciated the skin care education and I was still able to relax as well. But I feel like I have a better idea of what my skin needs and how I can achieve it. The only reason I'm rating this 4.5/5 stars is because I normally like some lip care during my facials and this was lacking that. I really liked the essential oil toner she used and ended up purchasing it afterwards. The scent is heavenly and made my skin feel great. I normally don't purchase skin care products after my facials but I really liked the YonKa brand products she used on my face.
