Been out of cycling for 30 years and recently bought a gravel bike from these folks. They have been great!

We went here to rent a bear canister and it's $6 a night. They had multiple sizes to choose from and the process of renting and returning was easy. They canisters are old and used and can be tricky to open because of this. However a great deal especially if you forget to bring one to your campsite which you need to have one in aspen.

A few days after the purchase I noticed they didn't charge me for the vest. In good conscience I called and paid over the phone. Turned out we were way too busy mountain biking, hiking, and enjoying our travels. To add to the delay, my father died and we hade to get back to Colorado to manage his estate. I finally got to try out all this fishing gear in August. To my disappointment the waders leaked massively. Ugh! Wished I'd have water tested them back in April! Obviously the seller knew they were JUNK and was NOT forthright with Ragged. I tried to return them yesterday and the English accented clerk was delightful. She called the seller and he apparently declined the return, stating it had been too long. Apparently this seller peddles lots of gear there. The friendly clerk defaulted to this corrupt sellers decision. We left very dissatisfied and said they could just dispose of the waders. To which the accented clerk snidely said they would recycle them...hmm? At least I have a a clear conscience about paying for goods they forgot to charge me for. One can only hope others don't fall prey to this Unconscionable dynamic duo! Beware!!!

We requested to try on a size 27 and they said they did not have 27 in stock but did have size 25. My son's toes were curled up in size 25. Salesperson said "boot will pack out". Wrong, wrong wrong. They will not pack out two sizes. They tried to sell us a boot they had in stock knowingly it was wrong size. It was more important for them to move inventory than selling us the correct boot. We said we will not be buying the boots and then they said "oh we can have a pair of 27's shipped down from another store but you would have to pay shipping of $50". We said only if you waive the shipping. They refused so we said "no". They tried the same thing with me. Tried selling me a pair of boots that did not fit just because they did not have my size in stock. I went to a local competitor and they had correct size in stock and offered free heat molding. My son and I skied them last winter and they fit perfectly. Cripple Creek does not have your best interests in mind. Only thing they care about is moving inventory. This is so unfortunate. Not a fan of this store/company. Their motto should be "we just want to make money and don't care about fitting you correctly." Be cautious with these people. Do your homework as they do not appear to care about your interests. Go elsewhere.

I called my dealer (Cowboy Harley) in Austin that services my bike. My service manager Parmer put me on hold for a few minutes and told me they have a sister dealership in Grand Junction, Co. He called them for me and explained the symptoms I told him and said they are expecting me as soon as I could arrange a tow. My insurance Geico sent out a flat-bed truck to Rifle, Co to pick me up and bring me 70mi to Teddy Morse on a Friday. Long story short, it turns out the water pump and a couple sensors went out. Thank God I bought an extended service plan for it last month! I must say my service team (Sabrina, Tracy & Paul) were the consummate professionals! They got me back on the road the next day (Sat afternoon). I really want to shoutout Paul my Tech. I know a little about the mechanicals of my bike and Paul went out of his way to invite be back into the shop to show me what he did, what is broken and what was fixed. Paul....you rock brother! Actually, the whole team at Teddy Morse are rockstars!!! If you need work done on your ride, take it to Teddy Morse, they get you done right!

Ended up purchasing the bike and then we had to figure out how to get it back to Denver. We decided on a road trip and was there when the shop opened in the morning. They had not gotten the bike ready due to unexpected events. So we waited while they got the bike ready for the road and completed the final paperwork. While he was busy I sat and visited with the manager of the BMW section and the other sales person. My bad for not getting their names. I was still tired from the drive the previous day. But they were welcoming and made me feel at ease. The other KTM sales person was also friendly. And when I walked over to the Harley section to use the restroom, the sales people there smiled and said hello. We thought that the whole experience was much better than in Denver where the sales people are fine but a little more snooty. Like they're the ones doing you a favor. We would definitely shop here again. Lots of parking in the lot. Cool merchandise and a service department.
