The staff at the shop, led by Tim and Dan, were all awesome to work with and knew their stuff. I tested 3 different skis on my first day to hone in on a favorite, all different brands and sizes. The guys were encouraging about trying different brands. They were also cool about me leaving my backpack with shoes in the store for the day. I skied at Snowmass on the final day and was able to drop off the skies at that that location and store my backpack for that day. Price was in line with other rental shops in the area. With Incline, you get a "local shop" feel with perfect location around the same price...and maybe a beer at the end if you're nice!

Not only were they so accommodating, but their service and equipment was as good as it gets. We highly recommend them to anybody who's looking to ski or snowboard. We rented both skis and snowboards and helmets from them. We didn't have any problems with any bit of our equipment. Our 6 kids range from 17 to 26 and they were all happy. Anybody with multiple kids knows that they're not always all happy. So I would say, it was a huge success. Thank you Ski Butlers!!! We will see you again in March.

Riley and his team provided the most amazing customer service I have EVER experienced…read more -When I arrived in Aspen last Friday, Riley delivered two different-sized bikes to my hotel, the St. Regis. He fitted and adjusted the bike for me and provided a bike lock and a helmet. - On Saturday, when I reported having trouble finding the beginning of the Rio Grande Trail, he offered to have his team either drop me off or ride with me to the opening so that I could find it. They also will pick you up along the trail if you bike toward Basalt and don't want to do the uphill ride back. - Later Saturday night, I realized I'd need a basket to carry my phone and wallet on the trail ride. Riley came to the hotel and attached a basket to the bike, before 9 a.m. Sunday, which is when I said I'd need it. In the basket, he left a map, highlighted with my route. -He picked it up on Monday when I left to go home. Riley consistently surpassed my expectations with each interaction. I only actually saw him one time, when he delivered the bike. The rest of this work was done behind the scenes. I wish every business were as accommodating!

They took our skis out of our hands when we walked in the door and brought us our walking shoes. even offered to help put our boots on in the morning. I came in the next morning and was told they did not detune the skis despite me explicitly asking on the sheet I was given. I was treated as if I didn't understand what I was talking about as the man helping me told me they "didn't recommend doing that on a new pair of skis" I have skied since I could walk and have had my skis detuned the last 5 years of my life immediately after coming out of the packaging. I paid $77 for the mount and wasn't given half of what I came to do. Will be going anywhere else to get my skis done. I highly recommend Incline, just across the way down the hall from Gorsuch at the base of Aspen.

They know their stuff. If there's an issue (which there almost certainly won't be unless you exaggerate your ability when they're outfitting you) they'll fix it. HIGHLY recommend!
