Their staff and the owner were both incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgable about which of their bikes might work for me, and they set me up on a great Giant! The owner even called around to other shops to other bike shops to find the pedals I was looking for when they didn't have any left! Furthermore, the owner went above and beyond to drop off a part for the seatpost where I was staying in the valley as their shop was closed. I am floored by the generosity and helpfulness that was demonstrated!

As we were getting set up, the staff asked if we were needing a shuttle ride to the resort and made sure to let the driver know to hold spots for us until we were ready. I am not an expert skier so I can't speak about the quality of the skis but the Salomon boots were the most comfortable I have ever worn. They fit me at first try and were warm and dry the whole time. My feet never ached (which they always do when I ski) and I felt they helped me control my skis very well. The return process was straightforward. The shuttle dropped us off at the shop and we didn't have to sign out. Prices were reasonable and cheaper than at other ski resorts. For the quality of the equipment, I think it was good value. Highly recommended!

I broke…read morethe heal on my 30 year old Raichle ski boots (they're a museum piece now) not only was he kind, funny (cute) hooked me up with both boots and skis but then found my missing heel piece and fixed it by the time we got down. Since I love these boots so much, he suggested I try K2 Revolve boots at their Sunlight shop in town, then helped this old lady carry my old boots & skis down to my car in the parking lot! Kudos to Kale - I bought those very boots and was able to continue my skiing the next day. THANK YOU KALE!!!

Our large group was greeted and accommodated quickly with safety vests and helmets. We were also given the option to rent water shoes for a small fee. Our raft was led by Maddie. She was the BEST! She made me feel safe and was very knowledgeable about the Colorado River and the wildlife we were surrounded by. Some of my favorite memories are when our kids rode the "bull," taking in the beautiful scenic views while it rained on us and, of course, going through the rapids with my daughter. The guy I spoke to was nice and told me to bring it in and they would get it taken care of. So I took it in this morning. The person, well actually he was little more than a kid, needs serious lessons in customer service. He told me that because my bike was so old that he didn't know if they had the parts and if they did he didn't know where they were. He then told me he didn't figure they had the parts and he would have to order them, but they probably wouldn't be there until October and they would cost extra. He then turned around and walked away. It was quite obvious that he, not only couldn't be bothered, but he didn't want to deal with me and couldn't care less about blowing me off. I tried calling a couple times to talk to the owner or manager, but no one ever answered. Apparently if your bicycle isn't new and shiny they couldn't care less about doing repairs for you.

Our rafting trip changed slightly due to river conditions but we were notified ahead of time. Our guide was great and I'm so bad with names I wish I could remember it. But, he made the trip fun, gave us simple instructions and was very friendly and conversational. The trip was well worth the money and the photographers at the end were fairly priced and great quality.
