They asked me for a $100 deposit upfront. Later, they called and said they needed to see the motorcycle in person to make the key. They came to my house, took the motorcycle apart, and then demanded another $300 if I wanted my parts back -- and never gave me a key. To make matters worse, they left my motorcycle disassembled, and I had to pay someone else to put it back together. This was not just unprofessional -- it felt like a scam. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. They were dishonest, unreliable, and caused more harm than help.

The key cut was a little rough at first but one their reps did offer to look at it/possibly re-cut it for me, so that was nice. However, the fob they sold me has hardly lasted 6 months before the buttons began buckling and the signal doesn't always lock/unlock my car. I was finally able to find the technician's contact number but he said there was nothing he could do because they only had a 3 month warranty window.
