SCAM WARNING - Stay Away from U.S. Locksmith in North Miami Beach…read more I had a terrible experience with U.S. Locksmith in North Miami Beach. I contacted them to make a key for my motorcycle. They asked me for a $100 deposit upfront. Later, they called and said they needed to see the motorcycle in person to make the key. They came to my house, took the motorcycle apart, and then demanded another $300 if I wanted my parts back -- and never gave me a key. To make matters worse, they left my motorcycle disassembled, and I had to pay someone else to put it back together. This was not just unprofessional -- it felt like a scam. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. They were dishonest, unreliable, and caused more harm than help.

Today I was in the area of north Miami and decided to try one more time. Came in to the store and was greeted by a very nice up beat employee. Right away she took my key and told me it would just be a minute to make a copy of it. They had a ton of boat keys in stock, but for me the best part was the customer service I received from the young lady. I was so happy with the customer service that I asked her if someone could come to our boat and give us an estimate for few extra locks and security system. She said someone would be out there in the next hour. Before I could even get to my boat from the store the tech was already parking at the marina to give me an estimate. The entire experience was 5 star from start to finish, won't take my business to anyone else but this company. Thank you!

**Astrokey Locksmith - Exceptional Service!**…read more I had an outstanding experience with Astrokey Locksmith in Miami, Florida. My wife accidentally locked herself out of her car after 5:00 PM on a Thursday in Doral. I called Astrokey on a whim because they were close by, and I'm so glad I did. Marcelo answered the phone immediately and was incredibly polite and accommodating. He arrived within 15 minutes and effortlessly unlocked her car. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I will definitely use Astrokey Locksmith again if I ever have another issue. Highly recommend!

WHY AM I TAKING THE TIME TO WRITE A REVIEW:…read more - Responsive: answered call and validated their equipment and parts, showed up within 1 hour and finishied the work in 30minutes. - Price/Value: Fair price quote, in the end- price total paid was less than what was quoted - Speak english and spanish... #Miami! - nice guys that can be trusted with your valuable property during stressful moment. - These guys were 100% perfect job for me today. Ive learned from past mistakes that reprogramming a key to a modern truck is not as simple as it sounds. This locksmith company validated that they had the right equipment and the corresponding parts for my car and gave a fair quote on the phone. Pricing can vary dempending on the make and model as the locksmith has to download specific software for each and this is an unknown variable until they plug in to the cars onboard computer. They showed up on time. The process was completed ahead of schedule. AND - THE FINAL PRICE WAS LESS THAN WHAT WAS QUOTED... Good guys and "hopefully'' I will never see them again! But if needed, I will contact directly and not use google.
