First it takes days to just start a process that should be simple, their client account information sheet is absurd, they ask for informations that are completely unnecessary, to say the least. I question these personal questions beyond business, Elizabeth M. ( probably an accounting clerk) replied in the worst condescending manner, impolite, rude , instead of been helpful and interested . I do not recommend this company there are plenty of other great marble showrooms in the area, which are looking forward to earn new clients . It took days back and forty, I decided to stop wasting time, truly not worth it, found the same slabs someplace else, at a better price with much better service. I wasted a few minutes as a business owner , as I know how much bad employees can hurt a company .

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Ariel (owner) and his crew did a horrendous job with…read moreour concrete project and are a nightmare to work with. Not only did it take 1 year to complete this project (permit delays due to incomplete paperwork and no-shows by A&A Concrete Solutions), but it was also done poorly. Ariel is very quick to collect deposits and will smile in your face and say the right things. But will give you the runaround, odd excuses, or flat out ignore your calls/messages when there is an issue. There are DOZENS of cracks 2 months after the concrete was poured, edges were left unfinished, & the sealant was applied poorly and uneven (see picture). Ariel agreed that the work was done improperly and he would have it fixed. In addition, he made decisions at his own discretion and did not install the drain we discussed. Now there are pools of water every time it rains. When we pointed this out to him he said in order to fix it we would have to tear up the concrete completely and start all over. It was clear he was not at all involved with the project nor supervised his employees. We have spent the past 3 months trying to coordinate with Ariel to fix the work and the items we discussed. Even after agreeing on dates and times to fix the work Ariel and his crew either wouldn't show up or would show up a different day and time where we couldn't supervise or sign off on the incomplete items. Until this day we have been trying to contact them and they have ignored our calls and text messages. Due to their lack of response it looks like we will need to hire another company to fix A&A Concrete Solutions. We are in the process of submitting a complaint to the DBPR and discussing the best next steps with an attorney. We will not be going away until this is resolved. If you have been affected by this company negatively I urge you to share your experiences on all platforms (Yelp, google, Facebook). Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. This company will waste your time, energy, and money.

We met with Ariel and we were disclosed that the work order did say wood like however, due to their own miscommunication among their men and work order they did a different print. We were told that the only way of fixing it was to dig up the concrete and re do it. We asked for a discount and were told in the event we would like to do our drive way they would be able to apply discount to that section. After weeks of waiting for an estimate on sandblasting and recolor of drive way we've received no response. The driveway was left discolored due to how messy they left the area, the walls were pressure cleaned removing paint from the walls and cement was splattered all over the front door. No coverings were used to cover any area of the walls or doors causing paint damage and ultimately leaving residue that is not removable. Very unfortunate this company handled themselves in that matter. Very unprofessional.

We were looking for a custom furniture maker in Miami and came across ROA through a google search…read more We were hesitant about using a company we were not familiar with, but took the chance after meeting with Jean. He was flexible and made the time to meet with us on a Saturday morning. He gave us a tour of his facility and took the time to explain in detail the process and materials used to make the sofa we wanted. You could tell he was very passionate about his work and knew a lot which was very comforting. He designed the sofa exactly as we wanted and gave us a quote immediately. During the process, he would send us pictures of his progress. He even invited us to come by his facility to see the sofa before the upholstery was added to make sure we were satisfied. He was very responsive at all times and kept us informed of his progress without us having to reach out. The process went smoothly and we couldn't be happier with our sofa. The quality of the sofa is like no other. We have custom made furniture from other local companies and the quality of ROA surpasses them all. We wish we would have known about ROA sooner. Everyone that comes to our home compliments our sofa. It is extremely comfortable and a sofa that we know will last us for decades. ROA has many high quality fabrics, including Sunbrella, which we decided go with. We have dogs and the sofa gets used a lot so we needed a durable fabric. We highly recommend them. You won't regret it.

I stumbled upon Isaias while looking for a carpet installer and am so glad I did. I called to set up an appointment for a measurement on a time crunch. Omar came out as scheduled and Janet had my measurement/quote for labor the next day. The price was more than fair. Again, Janet came through with a convenient date/time. Omar picked up my materials from a local flooring business on my behalf, arrived on time and did an amazing job. Loved his choice in music too! I would recommend Isaias to anyone looking for flooring installation in the Orlando area.

We are in Arizona and found them so easy to deal with (even though they are in Miami area) and SO very customer oriented. He was always on top of what was happening with our order (port strikes, hurricanes, etc.) and communicated it to us. We never had to ask him about status. He kept tabs on the delivery after it was shipped and made sure that the pallets arrived safely to our home. It is hard to describe the high level of service that we received. We can't imagine buying tile anywhere else. We recommend this business to anyone without hesitation.
