One smoothie was mainly ice and had big chunks of ice in it, the other two smoothies and the açaí bowl were very watery, the açaí bowl also didn't have the vegan powder on top that I paid for. They all tasted really badly. I called to see if there was something they could do. The girl confirmed that all of our items were made by our newest person but wouldn't taste any different. I told her that I've ordered these many many times and they've always tasted the same but they do not taste good. She said I could call the manager tomorrow and said there was nothing she could do today. Didn't offer to even remake the items they messed up on, or give a refund. No options whatsoever.
