I found Sherry via Groupon. Like they say, you get what you pay for. The eyeliner she did for me…read morewasn't perfect the first time but in the retouch she made it more symmetrical. So I went back for brows and lips. I made it clear that she should NOT follow the natural shape of either my brows or lips since they are not naturally symmetrical. The whole point of getting permanent make-up was to save me time having to draw-in my eyebrows and lips to make them look nice and even. I drew the lip line myself so she would know the exact shape I wanted. She somehow messed up my lips shape anyhow. Now I have lips that are a totally different shape on the right and the left side. The outline is broken, jagged and totally missing in some sections. She made them worse than before! I asked her if she could remove the pigment where it was making my lips look misshapen. She said she didn't do pigment removal and I'd have to go to someone else. Who does permanent make-up and won't even correct their own work? I was due for the second application of pigment to my brows. I clearly asked her to correct my partially colored and oddly shaped brows. While I was there she said I should have told her I wanted the lips corrected since she would have done that too in this visit. I reminded her of our phone chat where she said I should go to someone else and she said she didn't say that. So, poor work and gaslighting! What an unprofessional way to act!! She worked on my brows and they ended up unevenly colored and differently shaped after all. I've been to another permanent make-up artist to remove some of the color from my upper lip that is waaaaay out of the lip area, and it didn't work. I now have to spend hundreds of dollars to go through more painful procedures to fix both my crooked eyebrows and uneven lips. It's amazing she's still in business! If I still lived in CA, I would be suing her.

I was in the market for TRT after a couple years of trying everything to help my testosterone levels myself, (supplements, diet, etc..). At a certain point some of us need some help physiologically. It was overwhelming at first trying to find the right place I trusted and felt comfortable going to. After talking with friends and reading reviews of other places, I felt that the "finger prick", or "spit in a tube" and receive your TRT same day offices were not the right choice for me. I also was apprehensive of going to a "Spa" thinking it was a women's only office. I sat down and had a comprehensive consultation with Dr. Emery going over my individual situation and needs/goals. I was given an order for specific blood panels and a follow-up appointment. During my follow-up appointment Dr. Emery gave me a much more in depth review and explanation of my blood work than you will get with most primary doctors. I indeed was a candidate to initiate TRT based on facts and my life/medical profile, there is no pressure to start treatment, everything was explained well and any and all questions were answered competently. I have been very satisfied with the care and treatment receiving a high quality bio-identical TRT. The difference with the TRT in my life has been refreshing and rejuvenating.
