I asked if it would be an issue during our short 10-15 minute ceremony and was told by the manager that everything would be taken care of and she would make sure the ceremony was not interrupted, and any large parties would hold off on the noise for the short time it took us to complete the ceremony. On the day of our wedding, in the middle of the ceremony, wall shaking music began to play in the next room over as we were doing our vows, causing lines to be forgotten and guests to be unable to hear. We actually stopped and told the manager to figure out what was going on, to which she shook her phone at us as if to imply she was going to make a call, but did not. Perhaps she was simply texting. The music did not stop. Upon confronting management about the issue we were greeted with excuses as opposed to solutions, such as: seating people took too long and the manager had to reseat two handicap individuals after they were placed in the front row, as if seating was more important to her than being able to actually hear the ceremony. We were also told that the mother next door was getting very upset she had to hold off on the music for her daughter's birthday party, as if we are expected to show some sort of remorse for the other customer, despite their poor planning, and accept the fact that I could barely hear myself think when standing on the altar. Do not book a room here. Management was disorganized, unaccommodating, and rude. Our once in a lifetime ceremony was ruined not only for myself and my wife, but all of our guests.

The owner responded by stating the date and time were available along with the package options and pricing. Upon reading, I quickly realized this was not in my budget. I had another venue tour scheduled which WAS in my budget and responded to the owner by stating that I'd rather NOT waste her time by scheduling a tour. She INSISTED that I schedule a tour and that we could discuss a discounted price if I could provide an invoice from the other venue with what their package included. The day before the our viewing with LeVenue, I emailed the owner with the other venues invoice. No response. I sent a follow up email later that evening to see if she received it. AGAIN, no response. I show up the day of the tour to find that the tour isn't even with the owner, but an associate. When asked about the discounted rate discussed via email, she wasn't aware of it. After a phone call, she returns and states that they are NOT able to honor the discounted rate for the date and time I requested. But they could if they couldn't get another event for that date and time, 30 days before. Excuse me? It was a blatant lack of respect for our time and a slap in the face when she mentioned that I could have it for that price if they couldn't get another booking. This is NOT how you should run a business. Please look at the emails below.

Each time I have showed up on a weekend in January and they were not too busy. There is a dirt lot to park in next to a large covered area where they offer fresh food items as well as a souvenir shop. Unfortunately I did not try the food but from what I saw, it looked great. There are many rows of strawberries to pick from. At one point we had the whole field to ourselves. There are so many beautiful strawberries that are plump and ready for picking. They provide you with a flat that holds 10 lbs, but you can overfill it to 15 lbs or maybe even more. The price is very reasonable at $3.50/lb. This is my go to strawberry picking farm. As long as they are open, I will continue to come here once a year.
