Anyway I saw this place online and decided to call first to make sure I don't suffer the same faith by going to a meatless meat market. When i called they said they had all the meat I wanted so I journeyed around four block on foot. When I got there all the meats was chopped up and prebagged ready to go. The down side is that they are a little bit pricier than the other meat market and I felt they cheated me a bit by not trimming some of the fat off the meat before they weighed it. I asked the guy to trim it first before weighing and he said he couldn't trim anymore off because he had already trimmed it and the meat is naturally fatty bla bla bla... but after it was weighed he said "OK I'm gonna trim it up for you"... I was like wtf are u kidding me? Overall the service was fast, they had everything I needed, even got a free calendar... ha. I would definitely go back again, just gotta keep ur eyes on them.
