With it being a random day they're still a handful of customers walking around the Lots of great ducks gear here. The team members are all really nice and accommodating. They were able to help me out at the register and was able to get me my item. Overall was really quick and fast, but it was also really fun to walk around the store to see some of the fun items that they have. Anything from jerseys to plush , to lots of anything you could imagine. This is a must visit if you're ever here at the Honda center

Owner Jason was simply AWESOME, taking my very small custom job on a walk-in basis, designing on the spot from a sample photo I brought with me minutes before closing on a Friday afternoon. We then walked into the shop to pick out the perfect fabric for my project. My small embroidery job was completed first thing Monday morning. I brought it home and stitched it on my ball cap. I messaged them through yelp on a sunday inquiring about the price and they responded pretty quickly despite the shop technically being closed. I was able to make an appointment for the following day on monday and Jason was super cool about showing me all my options and letting me lead with what I had in mind. My stole was done THE NEXT DAY which is crazy because a lot of places said it would take several days or even weeks to complete and I needed it fast because I was taking my grad photos that following saturday. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. Karen found my phone number and called me asking if I would be able to come back to their shop later that evening because they would be out all morning the next day. Jason drove back and opened the doors just so that I could get my stole before my pictures. I obviously don't recommend waiting until the shop is closed to pick up your project but I cannot believe how kind and helpful they were given my situation. Thank you so much Jason and Karen!

I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! You stood out from everyone else and I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with you.

She quoted me $140 and 1 week turn around. Saying this is definitely something she can do. May 20th - texts saying dress is done and corset is almost complete May 29th- she reached out saying it's taking longer than expected and she will need to DOUBLE the amount she quoted me. I agreed as I'm a small business owner and get how things can go. She said it would be done on the 4th. June 5th- I said I could come pick up the items and she asked if she could drop it off at 6 PM as she would be in the area. She then turned her phone off and I did not hear from her until 10 PM when she asked if she could drop it off in the morning promising no later than 10 AM. June 6th - 9:50 AM she says she's on her way and gets upset when I let her know I have another appointment at 11 AM, which is why 10 AM drop off was so crucial. She tells me that she regrets taking the job and it's not worth the money but she'll drop it off as I am headed out TODAY. 20 minutes later she texts me saying she is too tired and going home, I can Uber the clothes to myself. Which I do. She then proceeds to text me unloading about her personal life. This whole time I have tried to be understanding as I was still very hopeful for my clothes. When I get the custom pieces they are FALLING APART. The dress is not done in the slightest and the corset (or shall I say crop top) is literally ripped and coming apart at the seems LITERALLY. I have attached the examples I gave her and the final product. A cat playing with yarn could make better clothing than this. PLEASE, don't make the same mistake I did working with this woman. I gave her very special pieces to be reworked and she ruined them beyond repair.
