It turns out that horchata is not my drink - it was great, I just would likely go with an agua fresca or a coffee next time for my personal tastes. I will definitely be back to try some of the other selections. It's not necessarily on my way to most of the places I go, but it's worth going out of my way for every once and a while!

The Oreo Cake is another favorite, and the Blueberry Cheesecake Bars are absolutely worth grabbing. Then there are the cookies. The Italian cookies, almond cookies, and Black & white cookies are all delicious. I've tried enough from here at this point to know it's hard to go wrong. What I love is the variety. Whether you want a whole cake for a celebration, a few cookies, a pastry, or just something sweet to take home, there is always an abundance of choices. This is the kind of bakery where I fully intend to pick up one or two things and somehow leave with a box. If you love desserts, Alpine is absolutely worth the stop. The Coconut Cake alone keeps me coming back. I rarely eat here, but the grab and go service is top tier. It runs like a well-oiled machine. And, since the renovation it's much more open and airy feeling. Gives more of a modern feel that before.

The first time the barista told me I can lower the sweetness level and the drink was PERFECT! I forgot the past couple times and it is quite sweet. I have had the Liberty Bell both hot and cold. Either way is delicious (minus the extra sweetness - but that is my fault for not remembering to tone down the sugar). The baristas are super nice. They told me son that they can do any drink hot, iced, or blended...They also have lemonade with mix ins - he's planning to get that next time. The space is spacious. At 2pm on a Wednesday there are few people in there so room to spread out but also echoey for an 8 year old boy playing switch and getting a little animated. First of all.... Amazing customer service!…read more This place is absolutely adorable and the man that helped us was so nice! He answered all of questions and even upsold us on a rosemary chicken pot pie. SO glad he did! My husband had a slice of the almond joy pie and um.. I accidentally ate half of his when he left for work the next day. It was absolutely incredible and will definitely be on our must haves when guests come to town. I had the chocolate chess pie and it was so much better than I even imagined. It was as he described it; like a gooey brownie. I didn't share. Next time I'll try it heated as he suggested so that it's like a molten lava. So yes, there will be a lot of next times. I baked the chicken pot pie at home and it was 90 minutes of pure torture. The house smelled so good for the rest of the evening. First, let's start with that crust; it was like phyllo crescent pie crust? I don't know but it was fantastic. I mean, who eats all of the crust of a meat pie usually? The inside was packed full of vegetables, shredded chicken and an insanely flavorful gravy. We ordered the small one and split it which was more than enough and would've had leftovers if we didn't have dogs. I figured they earned it having to smell that cook for so long. Needless to say this is definitely going to be on our rotation of places to go. Thank you so much for a 5/5 experience! You are truly appreciated!
