This room was the bane of our existence, an energy sucker, a time sucker, and the source of many an argument. And then we got help from Pam from Mindful Decluttering & Organizing and boy do we feel a lot better! Pam was calm, helpful, and non-judgemental about our stuff. She not only helped us clear our clutter (she got down and dirty right along with us), but also gave us simple, easy-to-follow tips for how we can prevent clutter from accumulating again! In addition, she had us agree on deadlines for when to complete certain work and she asked my husband and me to agree on who was going to be responsible for what stuff. She taught us accountability, but in a gentle way. Your stuff can cause a lot of stress, but Pam takes the stress away. I'm sure her work has kept many partnerships together! It really is amazing how living simply, with less stuff, makes us feel so much better!

Pam of Mindful Decluttering & Organizing helped me reclaim a messy kitchen cabinet…read more My family used a cupboard in the kitchen for a medicine cabinet growing up. I carried on the tradition in my own home, including the Hugh cluttered mess. My cupboard had become so full of first aid product, pain and headache medication, box's of flu and cold medication and a slue of medicine dispensers that I would knock things over getting to what I was looking for. It was a mess! Pam provided step by step instructions in the form of a booklet and verbal communication. Her support and encouragement very step of the way took away the dread I had built up in my mind. Once the project was completed I had a since of freedom and pride in the accomplishment. I am ready to take on my next project with Pam. We are going to schedule a virtual session. Should be fun! Thank you, Kim LMT

I actually hired another organizer a few years ago, and she acted more like a cheerleader - she sat in a chair while i sorted through papers. She met with me in person and offered a detailed plan to achieve the goals I had for my home. Dana helped me to let go of items that I no longer had a use or need for. This was difficult at first but she got me into the right mind set. She utilized existing storage space I did not even think of using and helped source additional storage items and make efficient use of the space. She recommended a custom closet solution that took into account my wardrobe and places for ties, suits, hats and shoes along with spaces for things I want to keep for the future but don't need right now. One of the best parts was that she used her organizers membership to get me a discount from the company that installed everything. I cannot say enough about my experience with Dana; my life is now less stressful and clutter free. 5+ Stars!

I figured I could do it on my own, but asked Dana to come chat and give me a proposal. I was blown away by the proposal (and didn't quite believe we'd get so much done in such a short period of time), but she exceeded even what she claimed we'd be able to cover. My house is now a calm, organized, and decluttered space that I'm thrilled to live in, and thanks to the strategies she had to offer, I believe it's maintainable. She was a great listener, motivator, and had boundless energy. She really took the time to learn about how we actually live and flow through the house and rooms. She shared so many tips on organizing and decorating; I feel really empowered and excited about my home now. I may have to purposefully clutter up some corner of the house to have an excuse to work with her again. ;-)
