By far the worst management company that I had to deal with. They take no responsibility, no proper accountability and communication. Communication is slow--expect a response in 3-4 business days, and that's if you decide to blow up all their phones, which is not acceptable when your home is vacant, you're trying to prepare it for new prospective tenants, and they should be the ones supplying the vendors to come out and clean. Speaking of vendors, their cleaning company did an ATROCIOUS job of "professionally cleaning" our home and when Wendy did the final walkthrough with us and noticed how disgusting the home still looked she chalked it up to the fact that "they don't charge that much." That is no excuse whatsoever to charge $300 for a terrible job because like Eppie put it "[her] seven-year-old daughter could've done a better job." While they offered to ask their person Lazaro to come back and clean the place again for free, they didn't care to follow up with him or me, so my mother had to go and clean the mess the tenants left behind. Once we realized their communication delays were extremely significant, we decide to contract our own vendors because we couldn't trust them to do so even though they were charging us $225 monthly....for what? I'm not really even sure because our last month with them once the tenants moved out was brutal with their incompetence. They simply took note of things that needed to get done and took 4 days to get back to us on anything, hence the reason we had to pick out our own vendors. One piece of advice to anybody who wants to hire them or has already hired them: once you realize what a huge mistake you made, be sure to email them 30 days from the date you plan to fire them or they'll let you know two days before the new month that you had to give your notice via email, charge the $225, and not do a SINGLE thing for you that entire month they charged. So incredibly thankful we no longer have to deal with them. This was a huge mistake and I take full responsibility for not trusting the reviews on here.

I never unpacked and didn't even cook there. I left the apartment 100% clean and perfect. They charged me $125 to repaint the apartment. I did a walk thru with Francisco and he said it was perfect. Never said anything about the paint. The guy who runs it was mad when I put my notice in. I think he just charged me to retaliate against me. Renter be aware. The roach issue is the worst part.

In the online app, there is a known issue when you upload your income documents. So I reached out to, Ana to ask what we could do about the glitch. I was pretty much told that the app was not accepting the uploaded documents because they were screenshots of the bank statements. According to, Ana the statements could've been from anywhere. And it was suspicious that I was even helping my mother with paperwork. Ok, what?! She's not only a senior, she's my mother and I'm her caregiver! When she requires assistance or requests help, that's all me! Because I'm her daughter and helping her is also my job! Ana said she would ask someone about how to fix the issue and get back to me in a few minutes. But she never called back. When I reached her on the phone the final time, I was told that my information (this time in regards to her Social Security Benefits) was just as suspicious! And that my mother did not make what we put on the application?! Ana was looking at the end of the award letter that states what my mom was previously receiving! What a frustrating person to deal with! This place is not a 5-star palace. And if an employee is THIS confused, they need to be re-trained. ​​
