So, when I say that I respect Beatrix, I do so with knowledge of what a successful sales person looks like. Lastly, I'm hard to work for, but Beatrix was a star the entire time.

She answered every question we had, kept us informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. She was incredibly communicative, patient, and supportive, and you could tell she genuinely wanted the best for us. She is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and you can tell she truly knows all the ins and outs of real estate. That gave us so much trust and confidence in her throughout the entire process. Her knowledge of the Long Beach area was amazing, and honestly, we don't think we would have gotten the house we have without her guidance, dedication, and expertise. When we received the keys to our home, Gia also met our family, and they all absolutely loved her. She was so kind, welcoming, and genuine with every single one of us, which just meant so much during such a special moment for our family. We are beyond grateful that we chose Gia to represent us. With the way the market was (high interest rates, quick and competitive buyers creating a sellers advantage, and low inventory) as first home buyers, the odds were totally stacked against us. Carly took care of us when we were at risk of purchasing a condo with a non communicative HOA. They basically needed to fund structural repairs but had no game plan. Because of this, the bank wouldn't lend. Carly was fully supportive when I was devastated at the news. I totally loved the place and visited it often. After that, I became discouraged about home buying. 2 months later, after encouragement and hard work, we closed on a better floor plan with all the amenities we needed and then some. Not to mention the HOA communicates and the monthly dues are less ;). If you get a chance to work with Carly, you will be in really great hands. She is exceptional and makes this daunting task a lot of fun!

As first-time homebuyers using a VA loan, we wanted a realtor who would listen to our family's needs, guide us through the process, and be patient with all of our questions. Carly was exactly that person. From the beginning, Carly made us feel comfortable and truly took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home. She was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always willing to explain what was happening at every step. One of the things we appreciated most was how well she understood the VA home-buying process. She knew the VA requirements and helped us understand what we could and couldn't request or include in our offer. That knowledge gave us confidence and helped the entire process go much more smoothly. Carly was there for us from the search all the way through closing and receiving the keys to our new home. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and exciting. We always felt that she genuinely cared about our family and wanted us to find the right home--not just any home. Our advice to anyone buying or selling a home is to choose a realtor who listens, communicates, and understands the type of financing you're using. We would absolutely recommend Carly, especially to veterans and first-time homebuyers. We are so grateful that she helped our family become homeowners!

Used this company because a friend referred us to them. Despite the low rating on Yelp, we decided…read moreto give it a go. My biggest regret is allowing Palazzo to manage our property. Communication is slow--expect a response in 3-4 business days, and that's if you decide to blow up all their phones, which is not acceptable when your home is vacant, you're trying to prepare it for new prospective tenants, and they should be the ones supplying the vendors to come out and clean. Speaking of vendors, their cleaning company did an ATROCIOUS job of "professionally cleaning" our home and when Wendy did the final walkthrough with us and noticed how disgusting the home still looked she chalked it up to the fact that "they don't charge that much." That is no excuse whatsoever to charge $300 for a terrible job because like Eppie put it "[her] seven-year-old daughter could've done a better job." While they offered to ask their person Lazaro to come back and clean the place again for free, they didn't care to follow up with him or me, so my mother had to go and clean the mess the tenants left behind. Once we realized their communication delays were extremely significant, we decide to contract our own vendors because we couldn't trust them to do so even though they were charging us $225 monthly....for what? I'm not really even sure because our last month with them once the tenants moved out was brutal with their incompetence. They simply took note of things that needed to get done and took 4 days to get back to us on anything, hence the reason we had to pick out our own vendors. One piece of advice to anybody who wants to hire them or has already hired them: once you realize what a huge mistake you made, be sure to email them 30 days from the date you plan to fire them or they'll let you know two days before the new month that you had to give your notice via email, charge the $225, and not do a SINGLE thing for you that entire month they charged. So incredibly thankful we no longer have to deal with them. This was a huge mistake and I take full responsibility for not trusting the reviews on here.
