Obviously, he wanted to ensure that I had the best person to guide me through the selling process--and he did! I decided to leave the city I called home for over 20 years after a series of personal challenges and other losses. So, I was not in the best headspace when I decided to sell what I once thought would be my forever home. To add to that, California decided to send its thriving housing market into a tailspin by adhering to skyrocketing interest rates that appeared out of nowhere and just. kept. increasing! I felt almost entirely hopeless at first. Enter Kristine. She helped me navigate both this minefield of a housing market as well as the minefield of my emotions. She was kind and patient to a fault, never wavering when I would have one of my oh-so-dramatic turns for the worse. She was able to sell my home for an unbeatable price, and in record closing time. She even comforted me through my pain. I know that, without Kristine's help, I would not be in the happy, safe, and peaceful place I am today.
