I recently worked with this glass installation company, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Their team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable about the work. The quality of the installation was top‑notch, and they took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and looked great. Customer service was also outstanding--they answered all my questions, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made the whole job stress‑free. It's rare to find a company that delivers both great craftsmanship and great service, but they did exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of glass installation services--truly a great company. read more

I had David and his guys install 2 glass shower doors and they did a great job! Sadly for one of them, the door kept slipping and the hinges had to be replaced 3 times. It was a manufacturer issue and so David's crew came out to fix it each time. You will have to call/text them a few times as they are super busy but they do the right thing and I would recommend them again. read more

Huge fan of this company. David and his team (including his awesome father) were one of four bidders to replace the wood railing on our deck with glass. It was a large project with some safety concerns given our small children and the drop from the deck to the hill below. Allusions was the fastest to respond to my RFP, they were the fastest to walk and quote the job, and they were the most thorough in their requests for information and in their guidance to me (I'm no glass expert!). Their pricing was one of the most affordable as well, so it was an easy "yes" to hire them from the four bidders. The work was performed quickly, with adjustments quickly suggested and made as they uncovered small complications as their work progressed. The work was done to spec, on time, and on budget. Months later... we love our glass railing. It's strong, beautiful, and we know we got a good deal. There was one set of panels that needed adjustment and Allusions was there the next day to review and the day after to make the adjustment. In all... this is a great family run company that I would recommend to anyone in OC searching for a reliable and trustworthy glass installer. They're also a wiz at wood deck repairs, to boot. read more

Allusion does a GREAT job! Highly recommend them. They have done two jobs for us so far & we are extremely satisfied with the work, quality of material & how awesome it all looks! read more

The work is beautiful. The workmen cleaned up everything every evening. They even added more work than I was quoted.

Was looking to install an office wall divider. After evaluating available options, finally made my mind for a glass divider. Shop around and Allusion Glazings was our elected provider. Very professional company from start to finish. I'm happy to have them "crystallize" my needs. Having in count the time they took while measuring and afterwards installing and finishing, I'd say is worthy to put some extra greens down there, instead dealing with drywall, wood, plaster and paint. read more

I highly recommend Allusions Glazing! They did an incredible job on our glass fence! They came out and gave us good pricing and were able to do exactly what we wanted. The results are absolutely fantastic!! read more

David helped us out with a project that we've been planning since August '24. It all started with our decks & balconies that needed repair after 35 years. There was some wood damage that needed repair, new waterproofing & decking needed and new flashing at all of the exterior doors. New flashing means that the door sills needed to come up which led us to decide to replace the sliders & French doors as well. With David's connections, we were able to get the construction help we needed in addition to installing the new doors. Because of the traffic noise, we opted for laminated glass as well as replaced some of our existing windows with the laminated glass. This made our Family Room so much more livable and we can watch TV with the volume at a normal level. What ever the project requires, Allusions Glazing, David and his connections can get the job done. The only problem is that he's becoming so busy, you'll need to be patient. read more

Love using local family businesses. Great glass fence on challenging area. Well worth a little longer install time. Highly recommend.

David was very easy to work with. We needed a shower door to be installed asap. He returned our call immediately and next day came to our house. Helped to make the right choice for the glass and a week later we already had our door installed! Other company we called took a week just to give us an estimate, which, btw, was significantly higher. Allusions Glazing provided reasonable price, no hidden costs, fast and clean installation. It was truly a pleasure to work with them, definitely recommend. read more

Allusions installed a frameless glass fence in our back yard in 2019. The final product looked very good initially. This year, one segment of the glass wall spontaneously shattered. We called Allusions and spoke to the new owner. The previous owner, Brian, has retired. The new owner promised to come out and look at our fence. He did not show up as promised. We have left multiple phone messages over this past month ; no phone calls have been returned. Based on our experience, Allusions is no longer a reliable company and appear to have no regard for their existing customers. read more

Phenomenal services! Less the a week turnaround and install was flawless. Not only did David and his crew do an incredible job, price was comparable to me purchasing glass at directly from retailer for myself to install. He came and did an incredible job and even fixed a couple huge mirrors that had been poorly installed by another installer. Fixed on the house, because that's what a great company does. Looking forward to future work. read more

Needed a shower door. When I contacted David (owner) he was so understanding and helpful, he offered me the options on pricing. We set the time for installation. Fredy and Daniel were the ones responsible for installation. They are so punctual, respectful and very clean!!! They left the house like they were never there. Spotless is the word. When I saw the job done I was very impressed and happy I totally recommend Allusions Galzing. They are great team read more

Excellent service, quality and value! David and his team are professional, friendly, and the project was completed quickly. Response time with any questions was also fast. We have custom Herculite doors throughout our house, and Allusions Glazing was able to match the replacement doors at a great price. I can't recommend them enough for your glass projects! read more

The work performed was wonderful! We had a glass back fence installed and then, separately, we had large (entire wall-sized) mirrors installed in a few different places. The quality of the work and materials is impeccable, and we are very pleased. The value was also great; the overall price was comparable to other bids we had received, if not less. Our only recommendation is for David and his team to increase their communication level, especially via texting. But, other than that, we strongly recommend Allusions Glazing. read more

They replaced my deck railing with beautiful seamless glass that updated the entire area. David and his crew couldn't have been better to work with. They showed up as scheduled, were professional, and kept the job site clean. They worked with our other contractors to help us make sure the deck was waterproofed and ready for the glass. They even made a glass gate to make the area safer for children and pets. I highly recommend them. read more

ALLUSIONS GLASS IS AWESOME. Allusions Glass has always been AMAZING work for me last five years. Brian and Anjie and David and Judy are all GREAT. I would highly recommend ALLUSIONS GLASS AND MIRRORS. Preeti read more

While my experience with Allusions was neither simple nor headache-free, in the end, Brian's company was the only company willing to give me what I wanted: a limited number of larger glass panels rather than several small panels. Not only that but their guys did an excellent job of installing my terrace' glass panels. And I don't say that lightly since my choices were not the norm: I chose frameless glass WITHOUT a rail on top of the glass; that means that the glass panels have little to no room for height error because any height differentiation is noticeable. These guys did everything they could to make sure it turned out beautifully. In sum, I believe that this company does excellent work and that Brian, the owner, knows his stuff. My only caution is to remember that he is a contractor; for good or bad. Make certain that you protect yourself with a good contract. And watch over the work to make certain it is done, per your agreement. read more

Allusions Glazing - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - San Clemente, California

I could not be more happy with Allusions Glass. Let me start by stating I had another fence contractors involved and they lied, miscommunicated, left me with no wall behind my house, etc. So I called for additional quotes. Angie had Brian out to quote me within a couple days, with a very fair price based on all my quotes. He was back 2 days later to measure and begin installation in less than a week with all work done within another week. NO contractor could perform in this time frame. All the installers were very professional and respectful. This company did what they said they were going to do which is hard to find in contractor's these days. The glass fence looks great and I would highly recommend them. read more

Allusions Glazing - Glass & Mirrors Near Me - San Clemente, California

Awful customer support. Installed a front entrance door and glass started to crack a few weeks after installation. Angie denied the crack is resulted from the door itself, and I agreed to pay for having them come out to replace the cracked glass. No one came out and Angie stopped replying to my emails nor return to my phone messages. I gave up on them, so I have another company come out to replace the glass. When they took the door apart, the foam shims are missing, so the glass was sitting directly on the alum. door frame directly, and that is what caused the crack. The replaced glass is now perfectly fine after the shim is in place. I am an architect/developer and Allusions just lost me as a customer. I will also tell all the architects/builders/developers friends not to use Allusions. read more

They did a great job replacing an old wood railing separating two rooms staggered on a hillside. Great looking glass with stainless steel trim! It took 20 yrs off look of my home. By the way, of three quotes they were 50% bellow the high bid. read more

Lower pricing doesn't matter unless the company is professionally run from the beginning.

I had a fence installed years ago and recently made 5 phone calls and sent 6 emails trying to get a simple piece of metal for the top of one of the posts. I did eventually receive a response and they promised to send me the part and charge me $10 two weeks ago. Never happened. I have given up on this company and do not recommend them. After spending thousands of dollars for their services in the past, I expected to receive good service. It would have been nice to even have been offered the small piece of metal for free. read more

I hired Allusions to fabricate and install a glass fence in my backyard, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They were responsive and accommodating during the bid process and they delivered faster than any other competitor. The results were exactly what I expected, and the installation was smooth and quick. The bigger fence companies were not responsive, and I got the feeling that my job was too small for them to care about earning my business. I highly recommend supporting this local business that takes pride in their work. read more

I'm not a review kind of guy but this merits 5 stars... When I called, Angie was very helpful and clear in understanding the scope of my project. Brian came to the house and confirmed my project and the fair price. The mechanics that Allusions sent were calm, competent, quick, and very clean. Good guys... The job Allusions did for me met my expectations and then some. If I need any more glass work they will be the first call... read more
