The only reason I'm giving this place a 4 star review is because Linda did a fabulous job on my pedicure. She was very attentive to me (even though I was on the phone) and took her time to do a good job! However, I won't be going back. When I walked in, the front desk receptionist wasn't the friendliest. He asked me what I wanted and then after I told him, I stood awkwardly at the door for a few minutes before someone told me where to go. The chair for my pedicure could have been wiped down as it wasn't clean. And the cup holder where they placed the drink was filthy. For my fill-in, the technician I had, had terrible customer service. He barely spoke to me, burned my nail with the drill at one point from drilling too long in one spot, hit my actual finger and blamed it on how I was positioning my hand, and just had an off putting personality. I do love how my nails turned out but you don't have to compromise good customer service for good work. So no, I won't be leaving a 5 star review for him like he texted me after and asked. read more

It the biggest nail salon I have ever visited. It is like a nail factory!!!! I cannot say much right now because I am getting my feet done as I write this. I will update after I am done with my manicure and pedicure. So far, so good. What has impressed me the most is the size of this place and how crowded it is so early in the morning. Visited this location primarily out of convenience and the prompt opening at 0930. Despite the low ratings, I decided to give this place a try. When I arrived there was minimal to no wait. The salon filled up pretty quick. There was ample seating provided. However there may have been more customers than employees. For the most part, it seem like customer needs were being attended to within reasonable time. I arrived around 0940 and left around 1100. Services received: calus removal pedicure and manicure with gel polish on hands and feet. Total price $95, which is comparable to most nail salons. Payment can be made by card or cash. Recommended to bring cash for tipping. I was satisfied with the services received today and really appreciated being able to relax with each service. Not a fan of having a pedicure and manicure done simultaneously. My only con was that the color swatches. Updates are needed. There were alot of missing colors. My nail technician did not listen to me. I had to reiterate 7 times what service I asked for. My nails were poorly shaped. I had to point out to her that my nails weren't fully covered with the powder. She created the hugest pinky toe nail by putting the acrylic on my skin. There was no massage during my pedicure. I have been a customer for the past 3 to 4 years. My regular technician is Kelly. Today, I had an appointment at 3 pm which I made with Michelle, the front desk person. When I arrived, the manager let Kelly know I was there. First, it seemed as if I was not on the books. Second, the manager and Kelly had a back and forth discussion in their language so that everyone could hear then I was informed that Kelly did not want to do my nails anymore. I was like What?! Apparently, she felt that I gave her a hard time during my last appointment. Really? We did have some discussion about the shape of my nails; she cut my cuticles while filing my nails and I had some difficulty choosing a color. Seems pretty normal to me to have a conversation with the technician about these issues. Then when the manager asked in his language for an available technician, they all had this blank look on their faces as if to say "I am not taking her." Eventually a male technician did my nails - Halo. He was a bit rough an abrupt but got the job done. I did complained to the manager about Kelly's unprofessional and rude behavior. He had nothing to say. So much for customer service. Not only is the language barrier and issue but also how they treat their customers. I was shocked to be treated in that manner. I did tell Kelly about herself. Not that it would make a difference. They are all about getting paid in their little sweat shop. Not sure I will return. read more

I got a full Gel x a week ago and already one nails spilt, and another chipped. I was surprised by their prices. A gel pedicure costs 60 dollars and twenty extra for gel polish. A bottle of gel polish isn't even 20 dollars. No design on my toes. I got a gel x set the work wasn't super clean but i ignored it bc i was annoyed at everything costing 175. My design finger sticker was lifting and he kept painting over it. It gets caught on my hair and sweaters. My thumb nail chipped probably 4 days in. And I'm wasting time to write this bc my index finger nail spilt right down the middle. I've always had my gel x sets last at least a month minimum so paying $95 for a set to break only after a week is ridiculous. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because my pedicure was actually really nice. It wasn't super detailed but my feet were soft. I would say that they need to work on putting those hot towels on people right away instead of letting them cool off just a tiny bit, I was uncomfortable with as much heat as they just applied to my legs and feet without waiting for things to cool off when she make my pedicure. I went back to get my nail fixed and when I was waiting for my repair, I overheard another lady come into the salon also complaining of peeling polish after a few days. I really love this place and have come here for years. However, in recent years/months the prices have become so outrageous!!! I love the services and I have my techs that I trust for quality. But the prices always make me cringe. Tonight I came for a spa pedicure and a manicure to REMOVE THE GEL POLISH and leave with no polish on my nails (for press-ons I have at home). It was around closing time so the receptionist came around to collect the closing checks. I paid for my check but wondered if the services weren't complete how that would turn out? It turned out horribly. I ended up paying $125 for a pedicure and a f*cking manicure with gel polish but they charged me an extra $30 for gel that I DID NOT WANT! I purposely came here tonight to get this gel polish off so I could go home and put on my press-on nails since it's much cheaper than getting acrylic here. Please stop overcharging your clients for shit they do not want! The language barrier makes it extremely hard to get exactly what you want, making me pay in advance and leaving with what I don't want is such horrible customer service. DO NOT make customers pay in advance because it's not going to end well. I have WASTED TIME AND MONEY because now I have to go somewhere else to get this fucking gel taken off all over again just to put my press-ons on!!!! They couldn't even give me a fucking refund. I've been to this place twice, both times extremely overbooked and crowded. I left the first time, without being serviced but decided to go back the next morning because it is one of the highest ranked in the area. I'm not sure if this is a stereotype or not but just never go to the man nail tech, he had no clue what he was doing. I went here to meet up with my daughter and asked for a pedicure and brow wax. The lady at the front was not very attentive and only told someone to do my pedicure. Everything was going well until the callus removal, he wouldn't do the part of the foot that needed it most. While applying the polish someone told him to hurry because his appointment was there so my right big toe had topcoat gel on the toe and when I tried to remove it the gel almost came off the nail. Also the nail was filed wrong and a piece was digging into my toe, so I filed it. The person who did my brows was rushing because her appointment came in also. Got my nails done 2/10. The woman who did my nails rushed to do them (really because I told her I wanted color acrylic and French tips but she didn't want to do French tips on the colored acrylic and she was trying to get me to get everything other than what I wanted and because I was taking "taking too long" to find the color for my polish after I settled for regular acrylic), she burned my nail beds multiple times, cut the side of my thumb so deep with the file and drill bit that it took 1.5 weeks to heal (I had to wear a glove for the time period specifically for that thumb) and on top of that...each time something hurt when she was working on my nails; I would say something or even pull away and she would snatch my hands back. Like girl, if it hurts and I'm saying something and you repeat it..why keep going?? Nails started lifting in less than 24hrs (I have French tips and it is NOTICEABLE), 6 nails lifted after 3 days, I have one almost OFF, the thumbs look a hot mess, 2 nails are crooked, some are uneven (clearly the apex was non-existing), and they look bulky. I was going to hold off on a review...but nah. read more
