Below is my rationale for my 5-star recommendation for the Balance MedSpa! I've been going to the…read moreMedSpa for gentleman's facials for over 5 years and I have always been impressed with the professionalism of the technicians at this location. I previously had a fantastic relationship with Hanna and was sorry to see her leave, but now I became acquainted with Mimi, and it was a seamless transition! Mimi does an excellent job explaining the various procedures the MedSpa has in place to improve the look and texture of your skin. I recently upgraded to the non-invasive Hydrafacial procedure. The Hydrafacial at the MedSpa uses patented technology to deeply cleanse, extract and hydrate the skin. It uses a wand, which acts like a vacuum to open pores and allows active booster ingredients to penetrate deeper into your skin. It's like a "power wash" for your face! This is my second Hydrafacial in the last 6 weeks and I can definitely see and feel the difference over a regular facial, along with the overall benefits from these treatments. Besides Mimi, the support staff of Corena and Roslynn also needs a 5-star shout out! They are fun, engaging and assist you with any questions you have as well as setting up your appointments. If you are looking for a clean, professional and calming environment for your next facial, give this place a try.

I do have a little hypopigmentation spot on my face from the tech , UMA who is also the owner I believe . The bigger problem I had is with some filler I got in my lips and under eye. One vial spread between the three areas. After three weeks, I got a really bad bulge coming from my right eye. I figured there was just too much in that area / injected too shallow because I started to have the Tyndle effect. Like there is a little shelf on my eye. I went back to have it dissolved within a mug and said it would be 450 to dissolve ! I can't believe they would try to charge me for their shotty craftsmanship. I should never have left Spa blue in the first place. I'm going back there where Janet will give me my Botox from now on and fix their mistake for free . I have worked at many Med Spa's and almost owned one myself... I would never want someone walking around with a mistake from my Spa, but I guess Facial Mania does not care . It's not like I came back two months later I came back within the month. I received the filler. Buyer beware!!

Peter was extremely helpful in making sure I received the appropriate experience for my aches. On my second visit I enjoyed an express facial by Laurie. She explained each step and was gentle. First cleansing, the exfoliating, followed by hydration. Feeling great! Also did a consult on cool sculpting. I had it done once before but I can easily say they did a much more thorough explanation of the process. Saving my pennies for that and will definitely have them do it Looking forward to trying their red light therapy next. V

This was my first session with Linda, she examined my skin and asked about my daily products. She then created a facial that targeted all the problem areas while explaining the whole process along the way. Some of my favorite parts of the process was the light massage when she put on any sort of product and the oxygen machine. I had a hectic day at work and was completely greasy going into the session. I walked out of my facial looking and feeling so clean. I literally felt like a princess because Linda took such thorough care of my skin. I'm excited to tackle my problematic skin with the new products she recommended and will definitely be returning for another session.

I STOPPED attending due to Christine (front desk attendant) becoming a bit to personal making very rude/disrespectful remarks allowing her intrusive comments to get to me about my weight and acne prone skin making me feel extremely uncomfortable. I would think while waiting on Vanessa "maybe if i sit here quietly with headphones in she won't speak to me" but NO she would literally go out her way making herself seen speaking louder for me to speak to her. Vanessa was the tech to do my sessions, she is ok but after 10 session i was literally just throwing money away. I was still attending after 10 sessions hoping the hair would stop growing but it didn't and I noticed the prices kept going up outrageously for no reason every other month as if i was being over charged. The excuse to why the price was going up was (it's the machine we have to do maintenance on it) which is bogus.

I was greeted by an impossibly beautiful Barbie girl who helped me get checked in then Salisse took me to the cozy treatment room. Once settled in the lounge chair, a heated lavender eye mask covered half my face to relax me while my hands & feet were massaged and wrapped in paraffin wax plus essential oils before being enveloped in heated mitts. As I melted into the chair, my face was steamed, cleansed, exfoliated, aloe gel masked, tightening masked, moisturized and massaged. My neck, shoulders, and decollage were treated as well. When I was done I didn't look or feel gloopy which unfortunately happens at the end of many facials. All the products absorbed perfectly into my skin and I was ready to go out for the day. Before I left Salisse gave me a bottle of cold water, it's important to stay hydrated! I definitely recommend that you try this spa!
