While the office itself is fairly large and on both occasions I've seen a few folks waiting, patients are brought back fairly quickly. The nurse I've seen twice is personable yet professional. Dr. Constant is incredibly thorough, organized and has a great "bed-side manner. He made knowledge pertaining to my thyroid highly accessible to me without ever being condescending. While he is working with a patient, he has someone in the exam room transcribing for him. I believe this allows him to spend more time addressing patient concerns as opposed to documenting. I would highly recommend Dr. Constant for care of your endocrine system.

I would have loved to have come in but I never got notified about this place being open. I came back recently due to their REFUSAL to refill my insulin. They refused to fill my insulin to force me to come in when they hadn't attempted to reschedule my appointment when they reopened! When they refused to refill my insulin I went to make an appointment and it was schedule 7 weeks later. I had to buy my insulin on the open market even though I had health insurance. I was most frustrated because if they had simply told me they were open I would have been in. Do they forget that nearly everyone has phones? They certainly knew I had a phone due to their prior pandemic reminders, and their text message asking me to confirm my appointment earlier today. Did something happen to create an atmosphere of apathy here? Is there some new research that says denying diabetics insulin is helpful? Is denying diabetics insulin the most efficient way to contact their patients? If you're a diabetic with a predictable life then this might be the place for you. But if your life is chaotic I would recommend going to doctor who swore an oath to do no harm. They get two stars because they've done good work in the past. It is attached to the hospital and its parking, so it is fairly easy to find and access. Prior to arrival, I received a message that allowed me to check-in from my phone. Once I arrived at the desk, I signed in and provided my ID for verification. I had a 5-10 minute wait until I was called to be seen. Everything was fairly typical - weighing, checking blood pressure, review of medical records, questions, etc. Once that was over, I waited a few minutes for Doctor to come in. Again, a typical experience - she reviewed my record, asked me a few questions, gave her assessment and said to come back again in a year. Overall, an okay visit. I suppose I'll see her in a year.

He explains the plan to me. His staff does the pre visit vital signs. They have many appointment reminders via text, phone call and email. You can have small procedures done in the office such as ultrasounds and biopsies. Labs are not performed in the office. They will send you with orders for that. My prescriptions are always correct. They send them to the correct supplier. Parking is a small lot behind the building. I've never had trouble finding a spot. There is an elevator to get to the 2nd floor. The stairwell will lead you outside- so that's not recommended. My insurance includes his office, so that is another reason why I go there. I would recommend him.

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before scheduling my first appointment today. ‍…read more There aren't any recent but here's updated details starting with the lack of customer service: My appointment was for 1pm and I was asked to arrive 15 mins prior to complete new patient forms. At 12:57 pm the door was still locked and there's a sign that says they are closed for lunch until 12:55 pm. Myself and another young lady is waiting at the door. For the staff to open it. Once we entered. We were not greeted at all. So myself and the other patient is just standing. Young lady suggested that I should sign in 1st since she was 30 mins early. I asked the staff if I should sign in.... no response but I was given the forms and asked to provide my ID and insurance card. The lobby has a foul food odor. I mention it and the young lady said she had KFC for lunch. It's now 1:47 pm. Several patients have arrived and was called to the back. Including the young lady who's appointment was 30 mins after mine. I have to use the restroom now... but there's only one and it's occupied so I have to wait. ‍ I ask the staff if it was customary for a patients to be taken back with later appointment times. She said "new patients appointments are longer" ... I understand this and was expecting that , but I wasn't expecting to be still waiting in the lobby for an hour after my appointment time.... It's now 2:22 pm.... .I'm in the room finally. The nurse was extremely pleasant and got all the additional chart information completed....
