When we got there the receptionist looked at us really weird and proceeded to ask us if we had an appointment. We said yes as we had just been texting back and forth with them. She then proceeds to tell us that a couple had just came in and she "thought" it was us. She admits that she messed up by not double checking and asks if we want to come back in an hour. She also states that to compensate we can have a longer service. We agree and come back in an hour. When we arrive we attempt to open the door but it's locked?!? We call three times, no answer and we knock and nothing. Mind you, we could literally hear them talking behind the door. We even wait 5 minutes, and nothing. At that point I don't feel comfortable receiving services from them and we leave. I kid you not, 10 minutes later we get a text message saying they're ready for us. at that point I call them and explain what just happened. The receptionist plays dumb like she didn't know why the door was locked. I wish them a good day and hang up. Anyways, we requested a refund from Groupon. Stay away. The whole thing gave scam vibes.
