Pizarro consultation was well taken when she explained the approach to my hair growth issues she suggested the fue method. She answered all my questions and concernsOn why the fue procedure ect. Therefore i decided to go forward on her plans to extract about 2500 grafts if possible .well on the morning of the procedure .. made me feel very comfortable with my anxiety and explained all that was going on while the procedure was in progress. As of today, 6 days out from an FUT, I can confirm my own 5-star experience. I felt extremely comfortable during my consultation and confident in Dr Barusco's professionalism and knowledge of the field. I was put up in a very nice local hotel for two nights, conveniently located near their facility. The procedure went smoothly and I experienced virtually no pain and surprisingly little discomfort afterward; the worst being having to sleep upright in bed the first few nights to minimize swelling. The following day, a Tempus technician washed my hair and later in the day Dr Barusco called to check on my progress. I look forward to seeing the results in the next few months.

Per Jackie at the facility she said they are not a storage facility and their staff did not give me back my system after they took it off my head. Instead, they threw it in the garbage. The bond this facility uses is not sufficient for long hair systems as it loosened very quickly after each service. Their idea of providing a solution was unprofessional and inappropriate. If you have long hair, I do not recommend going to this facility for your services. Not only are they incompetent, but the level of service was degrading.
