Every dip and spin she taught was filled with encouragement, laughter, and just the right amount of sass. Hand weights, bands, and dance... A great combination! The room is big, well lit, and the people who go to class are friendly. The scheule of classes gives you many optional times of the day to go. The room is air conditioned when it is hot outside, and occasionally we're even treated to cold "spa towels" (washcloth size) to cool off at some point during the class. The hour goes quickly, and the music and instructors are great! They have a college student special for the summer, which makes starting-up price very reasonable to try it for a month or two!

Took just one year to learn some amazing acro tricks and so enjoyable. They have the best recital ever, High quality, professional and decades of experience. While isolated during Covid they did double duty to make sure our kids still had some sort of programming. My six year old also does acro so he can be a super ninja and uses these skills to rock in his martial art classes. I was here a few months ago, to find the coffee portion in the dark and the dance floor in full bloom! I came again yesterday afternoon, to find the opposite. This time the coffee lounge was open, and no one was on the dance floor. The inside is set to look like you're in somewhere in Madrid amongst the colorful buildings, where the tables are all adorned with red tablecloths. Of course, the barista working was Taki Tanaka. We chatted briefly and he made me the most delightful Honey Fig Latte. It was creamy, foamy, with a beautiful rose art design he hand poured himself. A very dear friend of the bride gifted her with a dance lesson with my son 2 days before their…read morewedding. Neither of them were particularly good dancers, but after one short lesson with Laurent, they were able to put on quite a show at their wedding!!! I was actually stunned how Laurent was able to teach them so much in so little time! He also helped me and the bride's father with our dances with our children, too!
