I was a customer with Allstate for 10+ years. Unfortunately,…read morewe had a series of deaths this summer, and I realized I did not pay my Allstate bill on time. Yvonne reinstated my policy, but took away my discount, charging me almost $80.00 more a MONTH. My husband and I found another policy and switched quickly. Now - Why is it that MY license shows up on a suspended list, when I sent Allstate all the new information as they requested? My husband's license had no issues. Terrible office to deal with. I worked with Betty Alvarez from State Farm when I was shopping around for Home Owners Insurance…read more It was a pleasure to work with her, actually she did all the work I just provided my insurance policies. When I received the quotes, I was a little taken back by the lower cost, I wasn't expecting it. I think I got the Patrick Price and Roger's Rate all rolled into one! Any questions I had Betty either new the answer or reached out to find it. Typically within minutes. I bundled my Home, Auto and Boat with State Farm through Betty. There was also no issue with my mortgage lender and the coverage being provided through State Farm. I actually picked up some extra coverage, which overall still turned out less cost than my previous insurance. Betty also asked a bunch of questions to find discounts that I didn't know existed. Regardless of the savings, the customer service was superb. I would have switched anyway. I hope Betty is with this office for a long time, as I will be her long term client.
