I had a very disappointing experience with this office. When I emailed to ask a simple question…read moreabout whether I would receive a refund on my policy, the agent was dismissive and unprofessional. On the phone, he brought up the fact that I had previously left a negative Google review -- not once, but twice -- which I felt was inappropriate and unprofessional. Instead of answering my straightforward question, he argued with me, told me I was only a client "for a day," and even remarked about State Farm being a billion-dollar company, as if my concerns weren't important. My request for a policy transfer due to poor service ended up being mishandled, and I had to deal with his office again when cancelling a third vehicle. I filed a formal complaint with State Farm regarding this interaction. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this office. I encourage others to take their business elsewhere.
