Excellent customer service from start to finish by listening to customers and attending to their needs. Highly focused with quick and efficient professional service. Updated: You will have to install a device, Snapshot, in your car to monitor your driving to get additional discounts. My device starting having problems after 4 months which extended the required 6 month installation. I had a $38 discount after 30 days.

I have had to wait up to 2 hours for her to call back and then I end up having to call them again. I have also asked to speak with the manager it never happens. Beware and stay away as they do not do what they tell you they will do for you. I had to contact my bank to get the charge disputed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
