I have nothing but great things to say about this insurance agency. When I moved from Oklahoma, and…read morepurchased a house in Florida, I could not believe how difficult it was to get insurance. The first contract I had in place fell through because I could not find an insurer who would insure the house for less than my monthly mortgage payment. When the same thing happened for my second house, I panicked. I started calling every random insurance agent I could find. I don't know how it happened, but for some reason, on the fifth or sixth call, I was connected with Jose Raudales. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I did. Jose helped me through the process. He literally helped me pay 60% less than what I was being quoted elsewhere. He helped me find an inspector, and unlike nearly everyone else involved in closing my sale, he called me to update/check on me continuously as the date approached. I have nothing but the strongest recommendation for them.

He was so prompt with getting back to him with a quote and responding to his emails. He also took his time to explain everything thoroughly. He really made the process effortless for him and i know by going with him he got the most economical rate. They are also conveniently located in the heart of Pinecrest. Great, professional service is hard to find and here it is a given. I'd highly recommend his services!

If you are a first-time homeowner and expect your insurance agent or broker to support you…read morethroughout the process then stay away. They will blame you for not providing them with specific information, even though as a first-time homeowner you may not know it is relevant or necessary. They will then accuse you of not providing them with basic information, like if you have a mortgage, even though it is clearly in the documents you provide. If you have no other option, then at least stay away from Joshua in particular. Update: As the company transitions to new management it is clear that they are not looking to partner with customers but just move them along. For what its worth do not recommend working with them.

Instead of me having to sit in the phone with different companies Paul and his team get all the quotes for me and find me the best price. When it comes to my business they are great too. I own National Air and Heat and I needed to send an insurance certificate to a building so that my technician would be able to service a clients a/c. We were having trouble getting ahold of the Association so they can let us know where to send the certificate to and by the time we got the info Emperor Insurance was already closed. We emailed them anyways hoping that they will send the certificate early the next morning and to my surprise we had a copy of the certificate in our email shortly after. Even though they we closed then must have seen the email and took care of our problem. Not only will I keep using them for any and all my insurance needs but I also recommend them to anyone that asks. Thank you emperor insurance for always taking care of me and my business.
