I has to find a bail bondsman for a friend at work, who's husband got into a little trouble. They are the first company that came up in google. They took care of everything including going out of their way to make sure she was informed at all times and instructed on the bail bonds procedures. I was helped by a Henry who was really professional.

I called two weeks ago to make sure everything was done and completed I was told everything was good to go and just wait for my refund. I have still not received my refund so I called again today and was informed that it hadn't been submitted to the insurance but it has now and to wait again for 10 to 14 days it should be sent. I asked how this happens and was told it just does sometimes. I then asked if they was a website for this company I was told there was not one then hung up on.

Not only did they receive all of the funds needed to pay my policy in full on Dec. 5- they made every excuse in the book why they never sent the funds to the insurance company, including trying to blaming the Escrow Officer, who sent me a copy of her cancelled check! Then even when I showed them how they made a terrible error and my policy was cancelling a midnight (the notice I received directly from Insurance Company), They told me "don't you will have insurance." That was on Jan. 7! 32 days after having my money in their bank account. AND FOR 8 DAYS I HAD NO HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE! and WHAT DID THEY MAILED IT OUT REGULAR MAIL - WITH NO URGENCY- the payment did not arrive to the Insurance Company until Jan 13 and - only because it was new policy was it 'reinstated' on Jan 14. THESE PEOPLE COULD NOT CARE LESS IF I HAD INSURANCE OR NOT FOR THOSE 8 DAYS..... AND ACTED AS IF I DID AND TOLD ME I HAD INSURANCE WHILE THE INSURANCE COMPANY TOLD ME I DID NOT- COMPLETE AND UTTER DISGRACEFUL SERVICE!!!!

They will blame you for not providing them with specific information, even though as a first-time homeowner you may not know it is relevant or necessary. They will then accuse you of not providing them with basic information, like if you have a mortgage, even though it is clearly in the documents you provide. If you have no other option, then at least stay away from Joshua in particular. Update: As the company transitions to new management it is clear that they are not looking to partner with customers but just move them along. For what its worth do not recommend working with them.

His advice on how to handle my matter was clear, and he assured me of how to resolve it efficiently and professionally with Florida Revenue. That kind of integrity and professionalism is rare. They made sure to let me know Osiel would return my call, and he did exactly that. Even though I wasn't a paying customer this time, he treated me with the same level of care you'd expect if you were. When I have future business, I'll 100% be coming here.
