We ordered two specialty Frosties, and instead received a half-melted chocolate-vanilla swirl -- one of which was supposed to be birthday cake or something similar. When we politely asked the cashier about the mix-up, she just shrugged and mumbled something unintelligible. No apology. No correction. To be fair, they got our food order correct -- but that's about the only thing they did right. Unfortunately, the food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Which is strange, because they were actually busy -- three groups ahead of us, about 10 people total -- and yet it took nearly 10 minutes per group just to place an order. Not exaggerating. The wait was absolutely maddening. Worst of all? Not a single employee acknowledged the poor service or slow pace, let alone offered an apology. Bottom line: NEVER AGAIN. Dirty, disorganized, slow, and unapologetic. Skip this stop -- no matter how much your kids want a Frosty. You'll thank yourself later.
