I've ordered curbside because I always have my newborn with me who typically screams in the car, and I don't want to have to shout over her into the drive-thru speaker. Both times I have waited 15+ minutes (baby crying the whoooole time so it feels like an eternity to me) and ended up going through the drive-thru anyway. No apologies or explanations. I get that things like this just happen sometimes, but for it to be a pattern is another thing. Today when I went I watched someone pull into the curbside spot next to me and get their order within 60 seconds after I had been there for over 10 minutes, so I went to the drive-thru again. The lady at the window was sweet, but the manager behind her gave me a very judgy look (maybe because of the baby, but what can you do? She's been in her car seat while I'm waiting for you!) which made me write this review. On the bright side, my fries were hot and salty and they gave me a larger sized frappe than what I ordered, which is also tasty. I'd just like to see some improved customer service with curbside orders.
