At the time, I offered to send over video footage of what happened, but I was told not to. That footage clearly shows your team doing very little, as well as somebody on your team verbally asking my father for help. Which is exactly why I was so frustrated. I paid for a service that, in my opinion, wasn't actually delivered. For transparency, I was refunded after I posted this review, but I didn't realize the refund had gone through and forgot to update or remove my review, that's on me. That said, coming back to this months later to rehash the situation publicly feels unnecessary and unprofessional, especially when the issue had already been addressed privately. While you were certainly within your rights to mention that a refund was issued, there was no need to make assumptions about my motives or suggest that I was unwilling to pay for the service in the first place. I paid promptly, as required, before the service was provided and had no issue paying the fee. My concern was never about the cost, it was about the quality of service I received. Also, my dad leaving a tip is not a reflection of the quality of service we received. He tips because he's a generous person and believes in treating service workers kindly, regardless of the experience. I still have the video footage if anyone is curious about what actually happened.

I knew I wanted a subway tile , overly sized and with dimension. Ryan was so helpful.. let me take home a few different samples and polished and mat dimension and dimension and multiple sizes. They gave me grout samples to take home to match to my cabinets and my countertops. They gave me a recommendation of three separate tile installers. I was able to get quotes from all of them ended up going with a tile company. That did an amazing job on the backsplash. I have continued to use them now since and when I do my bathroom remodel.!

After completing my floors, I didn't have just a couple extra cans of the polyurethane left, I have 9 cans left!! An entire case of 6 unopened! I called to see if I could return the whole case, that'd I keep the other 3 cans, and was told They do absolutely no returns. Which I understand, but the fact that THEIR employee told me what I needed and over shot it much, I feel like they need to accommodate me for the unopened case. So now I just have this extra polyurethane that I apparently wasted my Money on thanks to their advice. I'd rather go to Home Depot or lowes, at least they have decent customer service.
