I really love the fact you can get your license plate right there in house without having to go to the registry. Today I had to call and get a title from an old trailer that I had in MA and now living in CA. I needed to get a title since moving and accidentally throwing out the title with the trash Russ was able to go into his computer and go on the dmv website and order me another one. He went above and beyond. I had other agents in this agency do similar things to help me out throughout the years I can't say enough good things about the entire team.

Our agent provided us with multiple options and laid out the exact price for everything. She was fantastic! I have never had such a great experience buying insurance! I highly recommend this business.

After about a month I was contacted by the insurance that I was set with stating I was in debt and I was confused as to how. It was explained that a employee ( from western mass auto insurance) made a discrepancy and because of this I was in debt 1900 with my insurance, it also was explained that there was nothing they can do about this debt even after acknowledging it was their employees fault. As an employee you represent the brand and as one of their team members they should have acknowledge it was their fault and try to make it right but instead had no intention of fixing this debt that was created because of their employee. I had to discontinue all business with this place. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
