I get an immediate pickup and worst case a callback within minutes. I find that Jerry keeps me on track with scheduled updates (I'm guilty of not always following up). My wife loves the charts and the website. Any technical questions are researched and dealt with appropriately. Money transfers were a breeze when I needed it. I've had another EJ Advisor and he moved on to another state but informed me when Jerry opened his office. That advisor was good also but to be fair every office has its own unique personnel.
