Julius Lewis is supposedly a financial advisor selling annuities and life insurance. But what he…read morereally is a man who doesn't listen to a word you say and doesn't inform you about products you are buying. He was supposed to sell me an annuity that would not cost me any capital gains, but instead cost me over a quarter million in capital gains. He cost me over $50,000, did not inform me he was making a commission, or how much, and never showed me the contract for the annuity, which had errors in it. Had he shown me this, I would not have lost my money. He initially told me he would make me whole, but wehn he found out how much losses he cost me, he rescinded on his offer. During the entire time I interacted with him, he never listened to what I said or read what I wrote. I have never worked with such an unprofessional person. I told him my mutual funds were not in an IRA, but he did not believe me and sold me an annuity anyway that he never should have. Then he got upset when I decided to cancel as I didn't want him to get a big commission after costing me over $50,000. Apparently he can do good work, but he was very sloppy and careless with my money and funds. I only met with him because my best friend recommended him (which my best friend was then was then aghast at the horrible mess he put me in!) Avoid him like the plague!

He was very nice but made a mistake switching my policies, when I tried to get John's agency to help me correct the problem I had nothing but issues. First I had two of each policy, then I had no policies, then I had only renters. All the while I was driving my car around thinking that John was taking care of it. He never did. Plus, the people in his office are rude, impatient and have no business being in a customer service related job. I was so aggravated by this experience that I've abandoned Allstate altogether for another company that has better customer service. Stay away from this agency!

When the caller attempted to make the transfer, I stayed on the line long enough to hear tat he was indeed calling the Slosek agency. Be advised that this agency hired an offshore call center to violate the no call laws for them. If you're looking for an insurance agency that doesn't obey the law, this is what you're looking for.

After about a month I was contacted by the insurance that I was set with stating I was in debt and I was confused as to how. It was explained that a employee ( from western mass auto insurance) made a discrepancy and because of this I was in debt 1900 with my insurance, it also was explained that there was nothing they can do about this debt even after acknowledging it was their employees fault. As an employee you represent the brand and as one of their team members they should have acknowledge it was their fault and try to make it right but instead had no intention of fixing this debt that was created because of their employee. I had to discontinue all business with this place. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
