She passed away in October, I have notified…read moreand paid them several times, yet every time I get several cancellation notices that do not make sense with any of the dates. I just spoke with a rude CSR named Erin who really got snotty when she couldn't answer why I keep getting cancellation notices even though the bills have always been paid. As an agent representing the Auto Insurance Store Inc. at 303 East Center Street, Manchester CT, Erin should be a little more qualified in her ability to serve customers.
