They are on top of technology and client resources. From the beginning of speaking with Kristin, she made it apparent that she keeps her clients top of mind. Whereas the vast majority of agencies I speak with (and believe me, I speak with 50 a day) simply offer the "best price and coverage" PHH seems to go the extra mile.

I was in the process of refinancing my house, and was told I needed Flood Insurance by Bank of…read moreAmerica. The letter I received from the Bank stated I needed to carry a certain amount of coverage before they would approve the loan. I had a suspicion that I did not need it, but had to expedite the process...and John was there every step of the way. John contacted FEMA, got from them what I needed and instructed me on what I needed to do. Not only did he help with that, he was also experienced enough to know that what the Bank was telling me I needed was false. Furthermore, he contacted both the bank and FEMA again for me to allow me to focus at my job, while all of this detail was being handled in the background. John is experienced, friendly, and is a top of the line insurance agent. He goes above and beyond for people, and has a very calming and reassuring tone to his voice when speaking with you. He will follow-through in what he says he will do, and even go beyond that without you asking. His office team is friendly and courteous, and will assist you when John is helping other clients. They are experienced, and they know what they are doing as well. I would recommend John's agency over any other State Farm agency for this very reason. Thanks John for helping my family during a very difficult process and ultimately knowing more than the Institution that was supposed to know more to approve my loan!!!! Thanks!!!

I talked to Marcus but little if anything changed. I looked closer at the policy. They had our employee cost at $420,000 a year when it is closer to $120,000. There were many add ons that were not accurate. I checked with my insurance agency managing my residential property. I cancelled Marcus Insurance since I feel they jacked up our rates to cover their cost of merging to another larger firm. My new coverage is half as much. Calls to the old former owner Mitch sound like I am being transferred to a Florida home. He was pleasant but his son with the red hair has little interest, is rude, and janked the papers I came to sign to cancel with Marcus Insurance out of my hand. Look at other agencies. They are overpriced.
